It was a wonderful experience. Very positive and fun. She talked about the wines and where they came from and how they were made. Answered all of our questions which were many. The wines all tasted great. Six different tastings. Really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone coming to Verona that has a couple of hours that want to relax and enjoy themselves.

Beautiful rooms and design. Unique features in some room (a piano in one of our room).
Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room.
Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease.
Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV.
Reception staff was fantastic, friendly and waited for us at the entrance to guide us through.
Location is near to everything. Minutes from Arena and restaurants. The hotel is within ZTL ZONE but the road to the hotel is not restricted and you can drive through without restriction. Just be aware that access to side streets are all restricted.

This hotel is lovely. Very central and you can walk from there everywhere. The room was beautiful and big. We also had a nice balcony. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was very friendly

Perfect location for a Verona visit. Clean and safe. In-room breakfast was perfect to start the day.

Great location with on-site parking (very helpful!), with many restaurants, shops and other attractions within an easily walkable distance.

Self check in was convenient and easy, room was very spacious, clean and in-room breakfast was very nice.

Location is great ! Room is cozy and clean . Service is great as well but keep in mind that you will be charged for parking + city taxes . Eventually I paid 40 euro extra for 1 day

We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights only during Opera season. Great location as it is 5 minutes walking distance to the main piazza. Suites are very comfortable (mainly couples) one very large California king size bed. Great customer service, delighted with the breakfast basket that we received daily. A must in Verona!

The room is big~ There is a piano~ The service is also very warm~
The shower is a bit special~ But it is very suitable for couples~
Overall it is very good, the location is convenient, and it is close to everything. I will recommend it to my friends~
