Residence La Corte Danese in Torri del Benaco

We stayed in an absolutely amazing apartment that perfectly suited our group of five females. The location was ideal—less than a 10-minute walk to the town, where we had easy access to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and more. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from our apartment (Room 21). There is a swimming area by the lake nearby with a beach bar located right next to it.

However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The reception is closed daily between 12–3pm and again from 8pm, although the brochure and initial introduction stated it would be open until 10pm. When we needed assistance after hours, the staff were not particularly helpful. Basic amenities like tissues weren’t replenished daily, and services such as bedding changes come at an extra cost—though not too expensive.

It’s also worth noting that the local bus service isn’t the most reliable time-wise, and taxis can be quite pricey, so it’s something to keep in mind when planning how to get around.

Overall, while the apartment itself was fantastic and I’d consider staying here again, the service experience left a bit to be desired. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Fantastic location! Short stroll to old town og Torri Del Benaco! Take the stairs and you'll barely walk in traffic!!

Rooms are very good, good beds. Real foam pillows. Terrace is extraordinary good. Views the same!

I miss a small table next to the couch! And pillows on the couch. Kitchen is great. Lacking a oven though.

Parking in the basement is great ally ough space is not huge. Road is not huge either but we got used to it.

I would love to go back. Lots of Germans here! Schhhhhnellen 😂

Great accommodation we stayed in a well equipped self catering 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment was clean with great views of Lake Garda and the alps beyond. The pool was excellent and had plenty of sun loungers. Also had a pier on the lake for guest swimming. The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful providing transport info etc. Ferry across to Moderna a nice day out.

We spent a wonderful week here! The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The staff was friendly, drinks and snacks were available from the vending machine for fair prices. The pool is very well maintained, the loungers are in top condition and the view is unbeatable here too. The location was perfect for us, in 3 minutes you are at the lake with a private jetty, great beach and nice beach bar. Along the beautiful promenade you are just a few minutes from the port of Torri, where there are excellent restaurants and nice bars - simply wonderful!

This is the second time we have stayed in these lovely apartments , the last time being 2017. I cannot recommend La Corte Danese enough. The owner was very welcoming and speaks English. Our two apartments on the second floor were spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable with stunning views over Lake Garda. Even the view when leaving the car park was beautiful. It is an easy walk downhill to the lake where there are plenty of lovely restaurants. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Very nice residence with splendid view
Very nice residence, very nice spacious apartments, clean, well appointed, well equipped and large kitchen, a superb terrace with a splendid view of the lake and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very small but pleasant and the lake is accessible in 5 minutes by going down the steps in the shade.
