The hotel is two steps away from the beach in Francavilla al Mare. Close to cafes, bars and restaurants.

Located in Francavilla al Mare, 4 km from the railway station Pescara airport and 6 km from the international airport of Pescara.

Consists of one building.

Only 44 rooms.

Beach: own sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel, on the second coastal line. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

On the hotel territory: garden, rooftop swimming pool, poolside bar, restaurant, meeting room, lounge bar, terrace, areas and read, panoramic roof terrace, Parking, beauty centre, sauna, Turkish bath (included in price), massage (extra charge)

Definitely a great stay.

Spent 3 nights with my family at PHI. We had what we needed (king bed & large twin), quality towels, great hot and fresh breakfast (fresh fruits and cooked vegetables, scrambled eggs, bacon, a table full of sweet pastries and assorted juices etc.), nice lounge space and some parking available on property. Besides this, we were comfortable.

The excellence comes with the staff! They were kind, worked hard and were always professional. Thank you for making our stay great.

We've booked a room with a balcony and got one without. Ok, that happens, but manager was convincing us they can give us any room that they put in same category, also without balcony. She was also very rude. That is just not acceptable. Not if she is not right, not for my money!

Breakfast is very poor, nothing is fresh. Pancakes are cold from refrigerator. There is no warm food for everyone, they don't refill it.

AVOID this hotel! They just don't care if you are not satisfied.

Hotel is nice and modern hotel that was recently built. The location is great to get out on the town . It's convenient to the center of Pescara. Some might like it but some might think it's too busy.

The package offered is very appealing with air conditioning in the room, sauna, pool on the roof and breakfast. The service is great, everyone was very nice to. One morning we were a bit late for breakfast but they offered us cappuccini and some stuff from the buffet. Only four stars though because it was a tad expensive nonetheless.

Excellent breakfast and central lobby and restaurant areas. Bedrooms are large and airy and clean with a good sized en suite. Some of the upholstery in the room could do with replacing, but that's the only reason why I couldn't give it 5 stars.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
One of the receptionist lady help us with the translation English - Italian. When we travel there in March 2018 a female receptionist helped talk on the telephone to a long-lost relative of ours and translated everything we said. It was above and beyond her responsibilities and we appreciate it so much.

Nice design and good located close to the beach. Unfortunately my wallet was taken from the hotel restaurant, where we had dinner. I forgot it there in the evening, the next morning it was nowhere to be found. As if that is not bad enough reception people did not really make an effort to help, but asking whether I was sure I had left it there.
So, I suspect the hotel stuff must have taken it, since there only was one other guest. I would not visit again!
