Very good cost-benefit rate. Owner is a very nice guy and the rooms(at least mine) were very clean. Only what is missing is the AC unit in the room, during the summer it is very hot over the night

Cute place to stay in Fiuggi.
BEST price-quality ratio in town!
The owner has very a good English knowledge and answers very quickly to emails.
He is very well prepared to support sports events in the region, he helped as a lot with logistics.
He proposed even changes in breakfast and dinner time, according to our schedule.
It it seems in Italy in winter, the people are used to a bit lower temperatures indoors as we are in Bulgaria (It was like that in the whole region.).

The room was very clean. Maybe the shower doors could use a bit of scrubbing but overall it was very good. Dinner was amazing. The portions were very big and delicious. Breakfast was nice but they could have more options. The owner and staff were friendly. I would recommend if you’re looking for nice and inexpensive accommodation.

We went here for a school trip. I was anxious because the reviews were bad, but we had the most amazing experience! The dinners were absolutely delicious and the rooms were much better than the other comments make them to be! We had many things to choose from at breakfast, and it was really all amazing. The staff are also incredibly nice!

If you're looking for a nice authentic traditional Italian hotel this place is where you want to go. Rooms are nice and the view from our room was amazing. Staff are extremely efficient. The breakfast was amazing. All homemade breads and cakes. Fantastico

We stayed here in April and had a really lovely experience, 3 adults and two children aged 8 and 11. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were given really good advice on places to visit, parking, directions etc in Rome and the surrounding area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We were also given a packed breakfast to take with us for our early flight home without asking, all really thoughtful touches. Thank you Gianfranco and all the staff, wish we were still here!

I had single room number 101 oh what a disgrace!! The shower door, hairdryer, coat hangers, bed head, were all filthy full of dust, no skirting boards wallpaper peeling off, wall lamp almost falling off, 1980s thin outdated mattress, Childs single bed 2 and half foot wide not normal single bed, my back ached every night could not sleep well!! Although the hotel itself was okay and the staff were helpful and friendly but I’m afraid I will not stay there again unfortunately!!

The hotel itself is nice, ground floor is great but the room I was in was terrible, single room, the single bed was a child’s bed size 2ft 6ins not 3ft wide, very old thin outdated mattress which made my back ache, hardly slept at nights, wall lamp almost falling off, coat hangers very dusty, had to clean some of them for my clothes, hairdryer absolutely filthy, shower cubicle only 2 and half inches square, had to squeeze in cos the shower door not fully open cos shelf in the way, shower door absolutely filthy needs a good clean, dusty shelf, wallpaper peeling, skirting boards missing grey concrete showing, in all the room needs refurbishing thoroughly, same breakfast of salad every morning no change at all!! But the hosts are excellent, location is good, but bit far to Rome, will not be back there again, if I come back to Italy I will go to another hotel called Best Western hotel which have a pool and nearer to Rome less traveling!

Good clean hotel and comfortable rooms for the price. Staff very attentive and seem happy in their jobs which to me shows a happy workforce. The owner Gianluca was very accommodating, even dropping things he had to do, to take my son to the doctor as he was taken ill. On our outbound we had a flight cancellation and arrived 3 days later, this was not a problem when I called them they just held the rooms. Would I stay again ? Yes I would and I will do at some point in the future.

Although the rooms aren't large, the hotel makes up for it with an amazing atmosphere and delicious food. The staff is incredibly kind, and a fellow countrywoman, to boot. A place worth recommending ☺️

A one-night stay for a group, we were given a very small room with a tiny bathroom and a tiny shower stall—no more than 60 cm wide. The double bed was narrow—about 120 cm. The service at the dining room and reception was friendly and helpful.

My parents stayed at this property in August.
The hotel is family-run, and the cuisine revisits traditional Lazio dishes using authentic ingredients. Special thanks go to Mr. Gianluca for his kindness and helpfulness to guests.

The staff and owners are extraordinarily kind.
I took advantage of the half board and I must say that I had a great time. It is the classic spa hotel, well maintained with small rooms but comfortable for those who only have to stay a few days.
Certainly in 2021 a more modern TV and a mini bar in the room would not hurt.
