Serenusa Resort in Licata

The general feeling that I got at this resort is that there was a feeling of fatigue and tiredness from everyone. As soon as we arrived at reception the unsmiling lady snapped some instructions at us and sent us on our way with no information whatsoever. Rooms are decent but a little dated. The gardens are lovely but paving and common areas need a serious makeover loads of areas were literally crumbling and quite dangerous. Food was actually very good but the all inclusive only entitled you to cheap boxed wine and water. Animation team were the star of the place with the shows that were presented of an incredibly polished nature. The only exception was Francesco at the gym who seemed more interested in his laptop than getting a vibe going.... I asked several time for the spinning lesson to be held but he kept on telling me that there were no other people. I saw many people spinning on their own ... he could have easily informed them. Another gripe was getting to know what exactly was happening.... the program on the site was inaccurate and incomplete and I had to construct ask members of the animation team for updates. No teen activities in September too. In short if you want to go and stuff yourself with food( like most of the people were doing) it's a great place.
