Grand Hotel Terme in Margherita di Savoia

Very modern apartment + clean
Shower in bathroom was very wide and modern
Had bottles of water in the fridge for us to use
Beds were very comfortable, surprisingly the sofa bed was very comfortable and wide
We were third floor and had nice view of the sea + beach. The only thing was that the apartment had 3 windows and were quite small + color of the apartment, despite having a modern style, was grey and appeared dull due to the somewhat lack of light in apartment and monotone grey color all inside, but we could understand that because of the full-heat in summer this was done for a reason to keep the apartment cool - didn’t bother us much
Air conditioning was provided - worked well
Spatial living room (with large sofa unfolding it into a sofa bed) + kitchen with an induction hob. However no kettle, toaster or microwave.
Apartment relatively quiet apart from the elevator that would ring three times (ding, ding, ding) each time it would open the doors and this was heard continuously throughout the day even inside the apartment each time someone would call the elevator - this could be fixed to make the stay more quiet. We had to go and send the elevator to the bottom floor which we figured other guests were sending it back up because of the noise.
Overall, pleasant stay as location from the beach and ‘lido’ was in walkable distance and food at the hotel was extremely tasty (their grilled salmon was delicious)
Only minor complication at the end of the stay was to pay at the reception as an error was made in the bill but it was promptly corrected.
Therefore, extremely happy - will return again

Excellent hotel for couples. Great view from the balcony to the beach area. Very friendly and helpful service. Parking the car in the hotel's parking garage, which also has the excellent addition of electric car charging facilities.

I stayed for 6 nights in a room on the 4th floor, with a frontal view of the beach. The room was spacious, with a very large bed, a large and well-equipped bathroom, with a shower with very good pressure. The entire staff, especially the two ladies at the reception, the ladies at breakfast and the ladies who cleaned the room, were very involved, polite and very helpful. The espresso machine was very useful for me. The only small drawback was the lack of a safe in the room. Margherita di Savoia is a real summer resort, with a superb sandy beach, perhaps too wide, with a smooth entrance to the water, with a very beautiful and lively promenade until late at night. Unfortunately, the (private) beaches only open at 9 am and close (with a lock ) at 7 pm. Access to the resort, without a car, is quite difficult. I took the train from Polignano a Mare to Barletta, and here I had a very hard time (after 2 hours) finding a taxi.

We had a great time, service, food, cleanliness, everything was on point.The best spa center.We had an unforgettable family vacation.

We stayed in the hotels one bedroom apartment in Palazzo Nove Cento. Renovated and perfectly organised, clean, bright, with a very spacious patio, it was a great place to rest on fresh air during vacation.
We parked the car in the Palazzo gated yard downstairs, that was super convenient. The sea was right in front of the house, so we enjoyed the fresh sea breeze every morning. Walked safely on the promenade with multiple restaurants.
The main building of the hotel and a Spa were just few steps away, and it was nice to have a quick walk to premises in the morning. The manager , receptionists and all staff of hotel and Spa was highly qualified, hospitable, and very helpful responded immediately to all our requests.
We enjoyed the high level spa experience and the quality of food in the hotel restaurant.
To keep ourselves in shape we rode bikes, that hotel supplies upon request with no extra charge.

Was there with a group, travelling by bus. Had a great stay. The rooms are very clean and nice. The view from the balcony was amazing. The service was very professional. I recommend...

Although it was off season, the staff was very accommodating to our needs.
They opened the salt spa to us, were helpful in making dining arrangements, and were very helpful in general

Great location right on the beach with nice views. Front desks clerk were great and very friendly. Very responsive and well prepared. The rooms were clean and the sea view was a nice bonus. The rooms are a bit outdated but they were still nice.

The breakfast was not very diverse as they only had some scrambled eggs and boiled eggs and a lot of sweet options but it was pretty much the same all 3 days. The last day the eggs were not done at all and they were not very good. On the plus side they are offering good coffee.

All in all it was a good experience and for family with kids I recommend this hotel as the beach is superb and the hotel is very well located

Wonderful room with a balcony and seaview but not all our group was so lucky Beautiful seating area on 6th floor and lovely food . Helpful staff in the main hotel and at breakfast. The spa cafe across the road is not very good, nobody about for over 30 minutes despite receptionist telling me there was.
