Hotel Bucaneve in Moena

For skiers, this is a strategic location, as you can easily reach both Lusia and San Pellegrino Passes, even doing both in one day. Very clean. Friendly owners. Modest furnishings, but spacious bathroom and large balconies with mountain views. Excellent breakfast. Well-stocked bar! Very reasonable prices.

Stayed for a week. Never stayed at this hotel before. Everything was fine. The food was good, the rooms were nice and clean, and the owners were very attentive and hospitable. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely repeat it.

I have read lot of review and I have to say that this hotel is deffinetly better then several people say. We stay for 5 days in FEB 2024 with 6year old dother. We came fo dowhil sky and it was really nice. San pellegrino and Balamonte (alpe Luisa) really great. Especially for kids We recomend Bellamonte as with cabin lift and several areas for kind directly on main blue track. The hotel is really family bussiness. Try hard, helpful even wehn englis wasnt on the top but always we got to the point. The food was good, more then enough. We had Brakefast and dinner. Breakfast was good, I would say standart some salami, bacon, fruits, eggs and so on. Diiner was organise to order day ahead. It was two way dinner. It was not possible to eat everything. And the selection was ritch enought that even our smallest pasager find something. The rooms were big enough for what normally need. Just to sleep over the night and in the morning go to slopes. Everything clean and done every day. So only possitive points. It was fact the the shover wasn the newest but basic function work so no issue. What was really bad was the internet, Wifi really low hardly to upload anything, and even with 4G was issue, I was lucky and I had good signal in the bed, but my Wife alredy hasnt so we rellay mostly on slopes where was 5G without a problem. Slops were 7 min to San Pellegrino with skibus or by car. Parking in san pellegrino and also in Bellamonte was for free, but You have to be really fast to get close place to the lift, 10 min later and 30 cars more 30 min later and first parking place almost full, so it was quite crewdy, but on the slops no issue, few times cue on the lif but few mins. BellaMonte is 30 min away and it is more crowdy then pellegrino, but as I said we loved more so spend there more time. Parking was here really chalange, first day we come 1 h later adn all 3 parkings wer full so we stayed along the road. But Skibus have been pickaping people regularry so finally we wait 10 min and got the bus. So I can only recomend the hotel and Ski area San Pellegrino and Bellamonte Deffinetly it is not shiny hotel bud quite allrigh and for really good price. I would say evaluate base on price and performance it is really the good one. So wish you nice vocation time.

Stayed 4 nights with family. The hotel is located a 10-minute drive from Moena, on the road. It's a popular spot for bikers, and the staff are welcoming. Parking is available, but not a garage. Let's just say the rooms are dated. What stands out is their small size (it's too small for 4 people) and the beds and furniture could use some updating. The thing that bothered me most was the windowless bathroom, which doesn't have a fan, or rather, doesn't work, and the shower stall needs fixing. Overall, for the price I paid, it's okay, but not more. Good food.
