There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. SThe Selene Mare Village is situated on the coast off Paestum between the pine forest and the wonderful beach. The village has a reception plus a bar, small children playground, first aid station and a large car park. The beach is only 150 m away with preferential rate for beach and material, although the residence has a good size swimming pool. Small pets allowed on request, arrange while booking. Beach service ( beach umbrella and sunbed ) 55 euros for July and August, 40 euros during any other period. 3-room apartment 45 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and TV. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Garden. Terrace furniture. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, TV and small garden.
