The family-run hotel is located in the natural Park Adamello-Brenta at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level. Rooms overlook the Brenta Dolomites and Adamello glacier. The elegant rooms are decorated in a modern style with elements of natural wood. Some rooms have a balcony. The restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine. Excellent choice for family winter holidays.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels.
We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help.
Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds.

Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront.
The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.

Excellent service, magnificent views from the balcony and a comfortable, modern room. The spa and pool were as beautiful as they look in the photos, and dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. The 30-minute walk into Madonna di Campiglio was also picturesque. Highly recommended.

My partner, our 10 month-old baby and I arrived at this hotel on Sunday July 3rd. Check-in was friendly, we were briefed on things to do, breakfast, etc. As soon as we got to the room I realized we hadn't been given any information about the pool. As the pool was the main reason we booked the hotel, my partner returned to the reception. Unfortunately, he came back empty-handed. Much to our surprise, hotel owner Marco said not only that we had to pay €15 per person (access for couple of hours if not too crowded) but also and above all that our baby was not allowed in the pool (!) because: "Do you know what it costs to have the pool cleaned should your baby have a full diaper (?!)". I couldn't believe my ears. Such a rude and incomprehensible behavior and this for a hotel owner no less. Should this have been mentioned upon making the reservation, it goes without saying that we would never have booked this hotel (12h travel is no fun with a 10-month-old baby). I told him I disagreed and showed him that none of this was stated while making the booking. Instead of acting like a proper hotel owner and apologizing for the misunderstanding, his behavior kept getting worse. He literally told us: "that's what happens when you book through *********** and not on our website". Who knows why he puts his hotel on *********** in the first place... Instead of apologizing and allowing us in the pool (with baby & without fees!), he stood firm that this was an issue between *********** & us. We didn't want to stay here for a minute longer and immediately left back home after a 12-hour outward journey. What that man (unworthy of the name hotel-owner) did to our family is unforgivable. Instead of taking this as a miscommunication between him & ***********, he argued with us, his customers no less, at the reception (in front of other customers) for a mistake on his side and ruined our vacation. We immediately opened a complaint file with *********** (who were equally appalled by such behavior) and were refunded 3 nights out of 4. In terms of customer friendliness, this hotel scores a 0/10.

Hugely overpriced! Did not offer value for money. Did not live up to the details on your web site. Frankly we wanted to leave early but were left in no doubt that our prepaid fee would be forfeit .....this was a very unpleasant feeling! Food was at best 3 out of 10. We had the feeling that they were spending the minimum to extract the maximum profit from us. Breakfast was the bare minmum. No effort at all to offer food that our 7 year old could eat. Mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable Staff were distant and without smiiling! Bar area was very poor. The hotel is actually OUTSIDE Madonna de Campiglio. Frankly we should have been reimbursed for the whole stay!

I spent amazing two weeks in Panorama Hotel Fontanella. It’s a wonderful family hotel, superb service, extraordinary delicious food, benevolent service excellent SPA with indoor/outdoor pool, and most of all that Panorama View on Dolomiti du Brenta. I can recommend this Hotel with pure heart and you can be sure that Marco and his family will take good care of you and make sure your stay will be remembered. I really love this place and I am planning my next trip here!

This charming 3 star hotel is managed by a family and offers excellent spa services and amenities. The standout employee during my stay was the driver Alexandro, who was exceptional. The room was spacious and provided a warm and cozy atmosphere during our February stay. Additionally, the housekeeping staff tidied up the room daily.

Although we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we encountered problems with undercooked food. Unfortunately, the staff's response to our complaint was rather impolite, which could be a cultural difference. This pattern of behavior can also be observed in their online reviews, with the owner occasionally responding in an unprofessional manner. Despite this surprising behavior, I still believe that the hotel is worth recommending overall. Furthermore, I would like to note that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the room, which I recommend the hotel consider adding. Attention to details like these can significantly enhance guests' experience.

The owner and the entire hotel staff are wonderful, courteous and helpful people.
The whole team builds a family atmosphere. Full support from the owner in every matter.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great view. You can freely work in it, and also enjoy the beauty of the area, as all the facilities for winter sports are provided.

The food is absolutely insane. We had the opportunity to eat in the city, but after tasting the meal at the hotel - unrivaled. Delicious!

The spa area is a real solace after a long day. You can relax and unwind in it.

Cleanliness 10/10.

We will definitely come back here!

A rather small hotel owned, and ran by a really lovely family. Although, only the husband speaks English, we got along well understanding each-other. The panorama is fabulous, and the coffee is good!
