When you make payments with the POS... they made us make two transactions, saying the first one hadn't gone through (I'm stupid, because I read "Transaction Executed" but he insisted... thinking about it, he should have given me the receipt with "Transaction Not Executed" written on it, but the man kept saying he couldn't give me the receipt because he didn't know the POS well 😭). He then said he'd check and if there was a double payment, he'd make a bank transfer (since my location is 35 kilometers away).
I called the next day and said that my app showed two transactions. A man answered and said his brother is in Foggia and that he'd call me the next day at 9:00 AM... but unfortunately, no one called me. I called back. A woman answered and said it wasn't listed in her POS (I had also called the bank's toll-free number where he confirmed the two transactions), but she said she didn't trust a bank's apps and the toll-free number. She told me to come back on Monday and go to the bank to verify it.
I'm off. I'll get a statement from the bank and go to the hotel...
The lady, still aggressive, kept saying that her POS doesn't lie🤣🤣
I asked to confront the gentleman but was told he's an employee (well, the gentleman said he was the owner... 🥴)
He gives me my money back, muttering and saying that she won't lose face for 75 euros... but I'm sorry she lost it... we're not scammers, remember...
We don't come from the slums...
Anyway, I'm grateful for the waste of time and gas getting the money back from you twice...

I didn't stay here (otherwise I might have gone out without clothes) but I went there to eat with my boyfriend.
The portions of the dishes are ridiculous and the price is absurd. We paid € 37 for two plates of orecchiette with a bit of tomato (a portion that is really ridiculous), a plate of fries and a "mixed grill" which to call it that seems truly incredible. A sausage and two pieces of meat, not even a whole slice. Two pieces really. We went out we were hungrier than before
We will never go back.
Not recommended.
