Wandered in off the mountain late afternoon in late September. Very friendly reception. Happy with the good value, clean, quiet and comfortable, if basic decor, rooms, and to make use of the spa. Slightly weird dark indoor spa feel but indoor sauna was good (no plunge pool). Outdoor facilities have lovely view but oddly set up. Hot tub not hot enough, outdoor sauna no bucket for water. Main issue was breakfast (another 20 Eur a head) which was poor. The make your own waffle batter was off, the water bath for boil your egg was at 70C (no egg cooking even after 20min), and the waitress told us off for taking a coffee cup from on top of the coffee machine …

Great location. Room clean and spacious. Had a twin bedded room and room was divided which felt like two rooms. No nice view though.
Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.
Spa was really good with lots of pools, saunas and steam room. The outdoor jacuzzi and sauna was fabulous with great views. The jacuzzi could be warmer though.
Have to pay for flip flops, bathrobe and swimming cap which seems odd rather than just pay for spa itself or build into the cost of the room.

May be one of my biggest regrets going to Italy. That I did not stay longer at this hotel no complaints best breakfast, best staff, and best views.

We requested & received a high floor balcony room with mountain view facing front. (4th floor is the top.) Room was a large junior suite on 4th floor, but due to some low ceiling beams, I kept hitting my head while navigating around the furniture. (I'm 5'11".) Balcony was large enough for 1 person to sit & enjoy mountain views. Breakfast was definitely worth the bargain 7 euros charged if not included in room rate. Check-in was at 2 pm, & there was a line of guests waiting to check in; staff was friendly & helpful. Tourist info office is next door to hotel.

Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent.
We thought this hotel was great value.
Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea ******* we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian.
We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store!
Nevertheless we would definitely stay again.

We stayed 3 nights. Location was perfect, there is a ski bus outside of the hotel. Great spa facility as well. Breakfast could have been better but we had a pleasant stay overall.

Great hotel for availability
and courtesy. varied cuisine and breakfast and abundant wellness center all ok. A piece of advice I could give to the reception to give more information about public transport and the agreement with the Rosetta top ski lifts. I would recommend it for a nice vacation. Thanks to all the staff!
