Beautiful location with a large garden and a lovely pool overlooking the stunning Lake Garda. The ideal place to recharge and enjoy a wonderful holiday.

We spent just one night with a group of friends.
It was enough to appreciate the location.
Spacious and fully equipped apartments with an outdoor terrace where you can eat, but the best part is that you're surrounded by greenery and the scent of nature with a lake view...fantastic.
There's also a beautiful, large swimming pool.
For the record, the property is located on the main road that runs along the lake, so when there's traffic, unfortunately, you can hear cars and motorcycles passing by slightly.
I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed in the "Menta" apartment and were completely satisfied. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the apartment was clean and comfortable for two people. The view of Lake Garda from the small terrace is fantastic.
The garden is beautiful and well-maintained, as is the pool.
The host family was incredibly friendly and kind 😊
We traveled outside of peak season, so it was quiet and relaxing.
We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful residence, the garden is a dream and there is so much love in there that you can tell.
We had the Ginestra apartment with a wonderful terrace and lake view. A great pool with lake view completes the whole thing :-)
The breakfast in the nearby hotel is highly recommended, the crossants are a dream and the homemade jams are delicious.
Every wish is fulfilled and the entire team is very, very friendly.
Thank you for everything, we felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

We had booked the apartment "Mandorlo" and neither on the home office page nor in the reservation conditions was there any indication that this apartment is located directly on the main street. The street noise day and night was unbearable and we had the impression of spending the night on a motorway. During the day no conversation at room volume was possible with the window open. The bedrooms both faced the main street. The advertised lake view consists of a mini view from the small porthole windows.
Also missing is the note that you have to walk a few hundred meters directly on this main lake road to get to the town center or the hotel. There is no pedestrian path!

Magnificent place, charming apartments, well laid out, in a huge park, old limonaia reorganized with olive trees, very beautiful swimming pool with a view of the lake and the nearby mountain, I love it. Liliana and her whole team take great care of her customers, I recommend without hesitation

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful location surrounded by greenery for 3 days and I was fascinated;
The residence offers a large garden filled with plants and flowers of various species (each labeled with its name and origin) and a spectacular inground pool (with outdoor shower) where you can relax.
The staff is really friendly and available for any request.
The breakfast is plentiful and the croissants are excellent, the only sore point is that breakfast is served in the hotel and you have to cross the western Garda area to get there (2 minutes on foot).
We will definitely be back.

Well-kept, welcoming, surrounded by greenery, quiet, the owners and staff are very friendly. For longer stays in the apartment there is no washing machine and an ironing board even if all the linen is provided by them.
