I went to Alphotel Stocker for their fasting and hiking program, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The surrounding setting is fantastic. The combination of gentle fasting, guided hikes through one of the most beautiful alpine settings, and complete relaxation made this a great experience. The hotel itself is comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained, featuring a full spa and indoor pool. What really makes it special, though, is the family that runs it. They’re warm, friendly, and fun, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. I lost significant weight, feel healthier and more energetic, and had a wonderful time doing it. I can see myself doing this every year.

Exceptional fasting experience.one of the best in my life.great hotel,great surrounding,amazing nature,sauna,massage,daily activities are just great.i had 3days basic diet after fasting and the food is a star michelin.the stocker family is always there to make your stay memorable.the morning and night hikes are breathtaking.prices are very acceptable for the services you get.i felt great after fasting,stronger than ever.i ll do it for sure 2 times per year.thank you stocker family

Exactly what we were looking for, a place to re-energise, focus, enjoy and eat healthy food, on one of the most beautiful valley in Italy. The owners and the team are truly lovely and welcoming, no pressure and relaxing environment. The vegetables and fruits come mostly from their own small land.

The sweet and caring staff of aestheticians provide wonderful massages and beauty treatments. Romina treats me as a queen every time! After a session with her, I always feel refreshed and invigorated, ready to take on the day with renewed energy.

The serene beauty of the alpine landscape combined with the fresh mountain air sets the perfect tone for the day.
