Very expensive hotel considering the services offered and the hotel structure. The restaurant, the lobby, the garden, the swimming pool and the beach are pleasant. But the setting is rather dated and not adequate to the current one. On the beach the umbrellas and deck chairs are not modernized, and the sun bed and the first row have to be paid extra. There is only one lifeguard in the pool but not on the beach, which for safety reasons should be guaranteed. The quality of the food at the restaurant is excellent, but the offer of fruit and dessert is very poor. The breakfast buffet does not have great offerings and coffee and espresso are not included. There is an automatic machine for tea and coffee of poor quality. There is a well-structured children's playground, however there is no service dedicated to them other than the storage of games and there is no specific menu. At our request to the management for simpler dishes we were told that it is not expected. Only as a result of repeated insistence, they have partially satisfied us. Gluten-free food is indicated on the website, but we did not find glutin free pasta or bread, just a couple of yeasts for breakfast. The employees are always very polite and helpful, however the number of people in the dining room, bar and rooms is inadequate in relation to the duties and the shifts to be followed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are too small, many of which do not have a bidet. To have one with the bidet a supplement is required. The car park is there but uncovered, the covered one has a supplement. During our stay there was a person with a very strong bronchitis who stayed in the adjoining room, so much so that we could not sleep due to the very strong constant cough he had. She was never asked to have meals at a distance or outdoors and during lunch and dinner she was constantly disturbing, so much so that many other guests were strongly upset. It is also indicated as a hotel suitable for children, but most of the guests plow adults who are not very young. The atmosphere is not suitable for families. The management is strongly rude, not attentive to the requests and needs of customers.

I cannot give judgments, because I have not had, due to covid, the possibility of staying in this hotel. Personally I behaved civilly because the day before departure I called and documented the reason for the cancellation the owner with the beautiful initial words - (a voucher a another period) was held the deposit of € 475 then the silence easy and not sweaty money. congratulations!
