We booked, paid the deposit, and when we arrived, they told us the booking was canceled.
No email about cancellation (there is nothing in my email, not in the spam; I checked multiple times), and the deposit was still charged on the card, no call…
If we’d arrived later, we would be in a very bad situation.

This is the second time we have returned to Hotel Ramon. The rooms are clean and comfortable and are well furnished although the showers are a bit on the small side. The food is good with excellent presentation and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is well located within a couple of hundred metres of the new Campitello lift. The cost was good value for money.

We loved the hotel location! So close to lifts (3-5 min walk), no need to take a bus or car. And the hotel atmosphere was very welcoming, the reception and especially big thanks to two women in breakfast area making breakfast time so pleasant and positive setting happy mood for the whole day! Also I attach photo of our amazing room view. We had a big balcony that used to stretch before/after skiing.

The location is very good, at five minutes walk from the cable cabin. The view we had in the room is superb, the staff is very friendly, the food is great and the restaurant service is very good. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay!

Great welcome. Excellent rooms, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast. Good location for exploring this beautiful area of the Dolomites.

Hotel Ramon was a great place to stay before and after our Dolomite trekking adventure. And, though we had to bus to the start and from finish to stay there, it was in a lovely town and they took great care of us.
