Amazing stay at Hotel Jan Maria in Canazei. Great location, clean rooms, and a very cozy atmosphere overall. A special thanks to Bibi, who was absolutely outstanding – always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, she made experience truly exceptional. And Irene – simply the beauty of the reception, always welcoming with a smile and great energy. Their service and attitude really set this place apart. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay at walking distance to Canazei city centre. Kindness, availability, cleanliness, rich breakfast, lovely dinners, wellness, transport service to ski lifting. What else? Many thanks to Sabrina and Daniele for this dreamlike holiday!

We spent a few days in this beautiful valley. The Hotel Jan Maria welcomed us wonderfully together with our pet friends (two medium-large dogs). Large suite with new furniture, large bathroom and wardrobe, where we stayed comfortably. And of course a fantastic view! Extreme attention to the gluten free needs of my daughter who practically had no limitations on the dinner menu. Convenient location both for the center of Canazei, even if away from the traffic of the main road, both for the many walks and access to the cable cars. We hope to return. Definitely structure to recommend!

The location nothing to say typical mountain hotel with nothing in particular scarce and poor quality food in three evenings we never ate less badly there was the vegetable buffet that even the little assorted one and they served it with a dropper! in the bathroom there was no toilet paper cover and the cabinet under the sink torn off the lid! The waiters did not deserve any attention or professionalism and courtesy

I have been for three days with the family. The hotel is clean and quiet and in a location not far from the center. It has a large parking area and a beautiful view of the landscape. The breakfast is good and plentiful, but the same cannot be said of the dinner, where the portions are minimal, even if the dishes are quite particular. The service staff is friendly and helpful. I give 3 stars because there are details to improve on customer communication. There was an episode that I won't go into detail about because we received an apology, but which still embittered us a lot.

Excellent and clean rooms, everybody at the hotel and restaurant is very polite and attentive. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in while on multiple trips to Europe. Very reasonable rates for room and for food. Would definitely stay here again.
