We been here for the first time for our ski holiday in Feb and absolutely love it. The experience is very good since arrival. There is a ski room where your boots kept warm and dry. The hotel shuttle that take 2 mins to main gondola meaning there is no walking. The refreshment is available after you come back from your ski day. Pool and spa area is clean and has enough soace for everyone. Sperate quiet spa area for adult. Breakfast and dinner is amazing. The room is cleaned everyday. Big bathroom. Staffs are friendly and know what they are doing. A well run hotel. We love it so much that we are coming back next year!

We stayed here for 5 nights recently on a skiing trip and just wanted to say how excellent the food was, truly excellent. Just so interesting with such attention to detail, and different. A selection and quality you just would not see in the UK and many other places TBH. The hotel generally is very comfortable with excellent and friendly service , I would highly recommend it .

A superb hotel, very close to the slopes. The hotel has its own car for transportation to the slopes. Very friendly staff, delicious food and an excellent spa center. The rooms are generous and well equipped. The only downside to the rooms is that they don't have many sockets, so those with a lot of gadgets should keep this in mind. Otherwise, I can't wait to return to this location.

We stayed at Alpenhotel Plaza during Christmas with my husband, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very magical, with beautiful decorations and a warm feeling everywhere. We were able to relax and really enjoy our time together.

The hotel is very comfortable and peaceful. Everything was well organized, and we felt very welcome.

Thank you very much to all the staff for their kindness and for making our stay so special. We hope to come back again.

Classis, comfortable upmarket and well located hotel with great cuisine, quiet and large comfortable rooms and staff where nothing is an issue. We traveled with a dog...they organized everything...with a smile. A pleasure....will return as soon as I can

10 of 10, an excellent experience, the best 55€ inverted. We not only enjoyed of the high quality spa but as well as the food service include in the pack and the personal staff.

We booked a classic day spa + massage and it was a very nice experience. The spa is quite big and was not crowded when we were there (despite it being a Saturday). The massage was very relaxing and the afternoon snack was good ! There are also drinks available at any time. Would definitely recommend to relax in this spa when taking a break from hiking :)

Nice hotel with a good service. Rooms are nice furnished and clean. It has a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool with a comfortable relax area and an interesting spa. The staff is friendly and quite efficient. The food is nicely presented and tasty.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in the Dolomites. The location is perfect. Views from the balcony are amazing. We did the full board with meals included which I would recommended. The spa is super cool. I just wish the hot tubs were warmer. Maybe it’s a Euro thing but the hot tubs where just barley warm.
