We are completely satisfied and loved it. A beautiful, tastefully furnished hotel with top-notch amenities that leave nothing to be desired. A beautiful garden and excellent wellness center. The hotel's own underground parking is a highlight! Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was fabulous! The staff was very friendly across the board. Special thanks to the hosts! We rarely encounter such authentic, friendly, and incredibly helpful hoteliers. You can tell that working here is a true calling! Please keep it up! This definitely won't be our last stay at this wonderful hotel.

A wonderful hotel, close to the city center, a 5-minute drive or walk away. Large, comfortable rooms, and generally very clean rooms and hotels. Excellent cuisine with very well-prepared, high-quality dishes. Excellent service. With a nice spa. In short, even if it was just for a few days, we felt truly well-pampered. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel, there is everything one might need for a comfortable ski holiday: transfers to the city center and chairlifts, warm ski room for the equipment, swimming pool and saunas, outdoor jacuzzi, kids room, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and Mountain View from the windows. I'd specially mention the food: breakfasts are rich and tasty: local cheese, eggs, fruits, etc. But dinners (if you book a half board menu), dinners are outstanding: everyday guests are offered a 4-course set menu to choose from: meat, fish, vegan. And it is not a regular buffet offer, but very tasty and beautiful dishes, that can be called a high cuisine.

This was our first time visiting the region coming from America. We wanted a stay away from the business of the Winter Olympics and it was just perfect! The staff was attentive, accommodating, and so kind! My husband was injured on the slopes and the shuttle driver took us everywhere we needed to go. The food was like eating at a 5 Star restaurant deliciousness with every bite! We certainly want to plan another visit here after my husband can ski again! Maybe even in the spring for hiking too

We stayed at Arnaria hotel for almost a week, and I'd say this was a wonderful holiday, mainly due to the atmosphere and facilities of the hotel. All you might need during your ski holiday is there: warm swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, warm ski room, transfer to the chairlifts, kids room with table football, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect coffee with tasty sweets on the side. Spacious wooden rooms with balconies, comfortable beds, nice view on the mountains. Specially I'd like to mention the food: breakfast is rich and tasty, local cheese, eggs, fruits etc. And the dinners are marvelous. A set menu to choose from is offered every day, meat, fish, vegan food. And all of it is not standard and might may think, all the dinners look and taste as high cuisine. We really enjoyed it. I'd like to thank the Hotel and the staff for a warm welcome and our amazing holidays. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

I did not stay at this hotel, so my comment is not around the facilities out there but my interaction with the front desk was very disappointing. We arrived late at night after being stranded, with no taxis available and very limited public transportation. Instead of offering basic courtesy or even allowing us to wait momentarily in the lobby while we arranged transportation, we were asked to leave as only gusts are allowed to stay.
The way it was handled felt unprofessional and lacking any sense of hospitality or understanding of our situation. I expected more courtesy and willingness to help, especially in an emergency situation.
Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

Hotel Arnaria is a charming, family-run hotel that exceeded all of our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special—always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi were absolutely beautiful, and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful experience for a family traveling with a small child. We felt welcomed and well cared for. The food was delicious, the wait staff and hotel staff were always friendly and kind. Hicham was the best shuttle driver! Always punctual and knew where to find us, even if I was not the best at saying where to be picked up! Our room and the hotel was always clean, probably the cleanest hotel bathroom I've ever had! My 6 year old loved the kids play area downstairs and the child bunk bed in our room.

To all travelers, you have to know how arrogant this hotel is based on my experience! I travelled allover the world, this is the first time, in a claimed four-star hotel which is barely a three star, the ridiculous reception man and woman did all these to their guests! 1. After two days stay in this hotel, I checked out this morning, the reception guy charged us 5 euro for the water in the room, I didn’t know this so I asked him to confirm the water is free not or, he replied in a bad manner that “nothing is free here, if you want free you should drink tap water!” I spend 865 euro in this hotel, I don’t think I need be treated in this rude way he behave, I don’t care this 5 euro water but I do care the way he treated me; 2. Because we have this argument of the water, although I paid all to them, the reception guy and woman stop us to use their free shuttle bus to go to ski lift, the reason is we have already checked out and we did complain them for their service. This totally pissed us off! For all guests who want to stay in this hotel, take a second thought！
