A beautiful mountain hut where, in addition to eating, you can relax with the kids, rent bikes, hang out with the animals, and admire a woodcarver. I highly recommend this spot on the plateau. Further along, a beautiful stream provides a refreshing dip after your hike.

Alpe di Siusi, a paradise of meadows dotted with mountain huts, the Tirel Hotel is located in Saltria, gently nestled on a hillside, watched over by the imposing mass of the flat rock. The cuisine is excellent, offering South Tyrolean specialties and more. The staff is efficient and courteous. The rooms and services are excellent.

Great location right on the slopes and easy to ski down to lift. Tirler is a very picturesque hotel with a family-owned, boutique feel. Great food and wine list. Loved the outside pool, a great place to chill after a day out skiing.

Positives are: great locations, beautiful setting, hotel rooms great and the restaurant staff are amazing….. but the hotel service is poor, it seems they are just not interested… we paid peak season prices and were disappointed with the hotel…it’s a real shame as it could be amazing

Our family has booked this hotel 6 times in about 4 years. Indeed it’s an excellent location for ski and hiking. The service is good and food selection both buffet and menu are good. Morning buffet is vast and quality is excellent however much is left over in the end (bit of waste.) The hotel is starting to see general signs of wear and tear in rooms and restaurant. It claims “sustainable initiatives” however room towels are changed every single day! Can you imagine the planets saving if 30% of guests changed them every 3-4 days? (We tried to hang them, however cleaning personnel said they had to take and replace with new ones.) BTW - room heating is controlled at front desk (frustrating after few days of attempts in room thermostat.) Pool and surrounding areas are well done.

Hotel was very nice - clean, well appointed. Public areas were really lovely, with probably 30 candles illuminated at night. The restaurant was so good! I had thought we would venture out to other places for dinner but decided we liked our place so much we wanted to stay. Servers were so nice! Unfortunately the people I encountered in the reception area were efficient but not really warm and welcoming. My friends enjoyed the spa very much. Family suite 1st floor bedroom did not have an electrical outlet near the bed - to charge your phone you need a very long cord!

We spent 1 week in the hearth of Seiseralm. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by several hiking trails and biking routes. The restaurant offers several options, however the quality can be considered below the expectations.  A few negative items made our experience unforgettable: - cleaning overall was very poor, in the room, in the common areas, in the restaurant and in the pool.  - service both at the reception and in the restaurant was detached, sometimes unpleasant and highly unprofessional,  especially in the restaurant. Definitely we did not feel the acknowledged customer care. Just as a note, the restaurant is charging 5.20€ for tap water (the very same that you can pour for free in front of the restaurant). Overall, not a good experience, especially considering the renowned customer care in the region and the attention to detail found in many other facilities.  And if you look for a quiet place to enjoy good hikes and relax after the day, it is not the place for you. During the day the pool is overcrowded with kids and during the night the loudspeakers in the corridor besides the room do not stop playing music.

The best and most luxurius hotel experience ever for the whole family. We enjoyed the pool, the room and the restaurant. We loved the breathtaking views. Most of all we enjoyed that our children felt so welcome. There were other children but still it felt calm and quiet and with respect for the peacefull surroundings.

We had a very enjoyable visit. The hotel is small - 35 rooms or so but did not disappoint. The Sauna includes a large panorama Sauna, a smaller indoor one and a dampfbad as well as lots of rest areas. The lobby had a bar and library with wood burning fireplace. There was an outdoor heated pool with access to the hotel. Fantastic views of the Alps and forests in every direction. Rooms were spacious and well appointed with Tyrolian decor. Staff was helpful and multilingual. Nice underground parking garage. The restaurant was really, really good (see separate review). Cars are only allowed up the mountain to check in and when leaving, not allowed otherwise and require a permit. A very nice way to spend a few days in the mountains with great food, Sauna and awesome views. Not much to do outside of Skiing and Sauna and eating.
