Lamanna's Hotel in Castro

We booked a week with this hotel through GB VIAGGI . Paid 1350 euro. This hotel is shocking. The rooms are falling apart . Shower doors hanging off, towels with stains all over them. The lido is a complete disaster with broken sunbeds and broken umbrellas tied with string. The food is absolutely horrendous. The towels and sheets dont get changed. There is no safe in the room and the wifi and phone signal is non existent. The staff know well the problems, and some are very nice. But this does not fix anything. The worst of all of it is the owner, who knows exactly the game he is playing but acts as if hes shocked. In the end we had to leave after 4 days because we could not stay there eating the food that give diarrhoea any longer. I reached out repeatedly to the company and hotel and got no respnse, so had to pay another 800 euro for the last three nights for my sons holiday in another hotel. Absolutely shocking . The company we booked through, GB VIAGGI also knows well the problems. But they continue to sell this hotel. Shocking and unacceptable. If you are smart, stay away. I am sure most of the good reviews must be fake, because EVERYONE was complaining
