A quiet and peaceful place, perfect for enjoying the charm of Puglia and a truly relaxing stay. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden with an inner courtyard where you can easily park your car. I visited in autumn, so unfortunately I couldn’t use the pool, but everything else was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and varied – suitable for both Italian and European tastes. The room and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility, beautiful surroundings, and true hospitality.

Relaxing comfortable stay
What an amazing quiet place to stay. The rooms are cute and well designed with comfort. Has a huge pool to relax. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful with freshly served coffee if your choice.

Family owned business and very friendly owners, they will help you with anything you need.

It was a really nice and relaxing stay after all day of sightseeing and walking.

Location is easily reachable from nearby popular towns and cities in puglia

We just had a great few days in July at the Hotel Casina Copini with our two children. The hotel is located in the middle of the town of Spongano but sits in it's own well kept grounds, with ample parking and a large pool area with a cafe/bar which is also open to the public.
The staff were super friendly and helpful and we also ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of times because the food was so good. A great hotel for a reasonable price and we would love to visit again.

I've been in this nice simple and relaxing hotel just one night. If I've could, I would have spent more nights there. Hotel in the middle of a very typical italian town. Fantastic swimming pool and the bar offers cool and cheap dishes. Kindly and nicely Staff... most of all, Daniele is very professional!
I will come back next summer!

Hotel well located, but overpriced even though it was the month of August. Employees unpleasant, noisy, no smile, zero kindness (just read the answers to the bad reviews, no self-criticism and aggressive) At breakfast, we were a group of 4 and they ordered us to sit at different tables, although we were together... The breakfast was very poor. To aware you about the checkout, they beat up your door at 10 am, that´s cute...
In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel

The swimming pool, the context in which it is located and the staff that takes care of the structure are exceptional. We were able to enjoy its beauty by being completely alone. We have been going back for several years as we enjoyed it very much. In addition to the swimming pool there is a small bar complete with everything. The location is close to the center. We are really disappointed with the hotel. The staff is incompetent, unpleasant and do not know how to treat tourists. You should learn how to be more friendly and professional. We always had the impression of disturbing them when we asked something, I don’t know if it because we were not Italian but they treat us very bad !! The breakfast is not good al all, nothing is fresh, not even the bread and the person in charge of the breakfast was really unpleasant.
There is a swimming pool but it is not only for the hotel, people from outside can also have access, moreover pool towels are not included and they prohibited us to use the towel of the room !!
The rooms are not well soundproofed, you can hear everything, especially when the housekeeper start to clean the others rooms o when they decide to put music on the breackfast room.
The check out is at 10h am, it should be at 11h or 12h not so early ! We didn´t know that and the employee came to our room to wake up us, unacceptable
The price is very hight for the poor quality of the hotel and the service. You can find better in another town !

A slightly embarrassing experience. If the choice of dishes can be accepted, the same cannot be said of the poor quality and quantity of the food considering the high price. The octopus tentacle was inedible and for the modest sum of € 18. Unqualified and not at all professional personnel. They didn't even confirm our presence at the restaurant to stop us from doing the fork review
