Gartenhotel Moser in Piazzetta

Hello, we stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to a mountain holiday in the Dolomites.
When we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to another room with a balcony and a garden. Many thanks to the owners for this.
The room was in the new building. It was a huge, well-equipped room with a beautiful garden bath.
The hotel itself is in a very beautiful, very quiet place. The rooms overlook the apple orchards and the nearby forest. There is a very beautiful small lake right next to the hotel.
The food was very tasty. All meals were well served and well-prepared.
The outdoor pool on the top floor is beautiful and overlooks the mountains and fields. It was a bit cold for my taste, but to be fair, the hotel website lists 32 degrees, which is what it is, maybe in winter it feels different.
The spa area in the first room is very beautiful, very clean, there are many and varied saunas. This is all a new area.
Rituals 4 times a day are done by a woman and man who do an excellent job as evidenced by the fact that when we arrived for the last ritual at 9:00 PM, the sauna was full. Thank you very much. It was stunning.
A natural lake outside was amazing and fun to jump in after the saunas.
In my humble opinion, a small outdoor pool with 34-36 degrees would have completed the picture of perfection in the spa area. Of course, this is just my recommendation. It was a bit lacking for me.

We, family, spent a week at the hotel the last week of June, we already spent a long week-end a couple of months ago and already booked 3 nights in November. Why? Because it's worth! The hotel is beautiful, clean and well managed, wide garden with a pool, kids area and rows of apple trees, two more pools and a pond and a lake very close. A nice SPA in premises is also available. Rooms are wide, mini suites have garden access or balcony. The hotel is immersed in nice and quiet area and many activities are available to the guests. The staff is super kind and gentle and available. A kids' club is available for your babies and the girls and guys taking care of the toddlers are super kind. The restaurant has a long wine list, mostly local, morning breakfast is abundant and good. Guests are 80% german speaking, nice and quiet. Definitely a nice place for relaxing with the family.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, a beautiful garden with nice pool areas, awesome spa and wellness offers and a myriad of leisure activities. Various sports program, hiking, swimming with the Alpakas or just wine tasting – there’s something for everyone. I am a big fan of natural swimming pools, so I was very happy when I saw that the hotel has a natural swimming pond. The main difference to classic swimming pool is that the water is treated without any chemical’s additives. The Hotel created a naturally designed water landscape, which is totally loving and very calming.

It is a wonderful place to stay with family, and I was truly amazed by the elegance and attention to detail evident in everything they do. My family and I stayed for three nights, and I left my heart there. The infrastructure is modern and truly deserving of its five-star rating. Every service they offer, from babysitting to the spa, adult-only areas, and restaurant, is superior. The care and dedication of the staff and owner in the daily running of this establishment are remarkable. Well done! We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed at the Gartenhotel for 4 days in October. The Gartenhotel consists of a new/modern part and a traditional part.

We were in the new "Ramus" part. The rooms were super nice and even had their own infrared sauna. The room had a rain shower, outdoor bathtub, hammock and large double bed.

The wellness area was the best part of the hotel for us. The wellness consisted of 4 different saunas and several relaxation areas. In addition, there was a natural pound and reclining beds outside.

The hotel also has an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was only closed and the indoor pool could be heated a little warmer.

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was delicious. In the morning we had a whole breakfast buffet where we could have unlimited breakfast. Dinner in the evening consisted of a 5 course dinner. The staff was always very friendly.

The only areas of improvement I see is to renovate the indoor and outdoor pool. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we would recommend everyone to go to this hotel.

Lots of fun things for the kids to do and super family place.

This is our favourite family holiday...food is amazing, staff are brilliant and our room above the cool wellness area is wonderful.....highly recommended indeed. We come here ever since....👍😁

Great family hotel, wonderful food and a nice pool! Outsid pool is not suitable for non swimmers, though ... Which is odd for a family hotel. Still a great place - especially for wine lovers.
