We arrived on a Thursday at 2pm and tried to check in and while the receptionist charged me straight away for my three night stay 810 Euro she said the check in time was 3 pm and to come back then - no offer of a class of juice, coffee or water - well arriving back at 3pm the room was ready however having looked at the wood cladding of the building I was concerned as its condition the wood was fading, dry and cracked- I wondered if it was fire proofed as its condition really needed preservation- the room was fine - the kitchen top had seen better days bubbles on the top but the hall carpets were filthy- really bad - the Breakfast was good but the internet was very poor and on check out at 10am y had to be gone by then my thoughts were on the two reception staff I had had dealings with - neither should be in a customer facing role - in short a hotel that needs attention it’s tired and needs money spending on it - its rates are out of line with what is advertised- you can find much better value in this amazing part of Italy

An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals in our travels through Italy (no joke, I was surprised too). The crown jewel is the rooftop deck and the panoramic views of the beau. Wish we had time to try the spa but sadly we had to move on to the next city.

An exceptional property in a fabulous location. Everything here is wonderful; the attention to detail, the staff who remember your coffee order, free locally grown and delicious apples, the comfort and design of the rooms, quality of food... it is truly a remarkable place. I loved every moment there.
The hotel is well located and very close to Bolzano and some great castles, gardens, mountains and other spectacular places to visit. Indeed, the hotel offers access to free local transport including cable cars, although we had our own transport.
I would highly recommend this hotel. It is wonderful!

Pleasant stay, enjoyed the sauna services. Loved the juicing machine at breakfast and Prosecco at breakfast too! Just a lil out of the way unless driving.

Cozy stay
The sauna and wellness area were great, although at busy times not well maintained, towels would run out etc. Room was comfy and spacious but definitely has some age and wear, lots of scratches on the floor, worn in areas. Bed was nice and the views were amazing.

This is such a hidden gem. Only 15/20 mins on the bus from the centre of Bolzano and you land in this absolutely beautiful hotel surrounded by apple orchards which are perfect for a walk at the start or end of the day. The rooftop bar and pool are so good. The food in the restaurant downstairs was also great (note closed on Mondays). We absolutely loved it here. PS we stayed with our baby and it was fine, although only 2 highchairs in the restaurant

The room is spacious and bright with a small living room and kitchenette, which is very convenient.
The hotel's surroundings are very quiet and parking is convenient.
The hotel's restaurant is very good.

We had a lovely stay at the Art & Design Hotel Napura. We stayed in the Napura South suite. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The built-in black out blinds were great in helping us get a good night's sleep. The pool was refreshing and not too crowded. We got room service from the restaurant twice and all the dishes we got were 5/5 stars! The only downer of the trip was that we accidently sat in the wrong section for breakfast and got snapped at by one of the workers. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very responsive to emails regarding booking. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the restaurant. Stayed in one of the Napura Suites. Large living room with well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Separate bedroom with own TV. Comfortable bed. Clean and modern bathroom. Balcony with a lovely room of surrounding orchards and mountains. (Shame about the pylon). Electric external shutters and air-conditioning. Only issue was that we found lighting in bedroom and bathroom somewhat dim and the light switches somewhat complicated (could be an age thing!). Breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything was fresh and constantly replenished. Guests able to juice their own vegetables and fruit. Evening meal was also excellent. The steak melted in mouth. Both fish dishes (Tuna and salmon) were tasty and well presented. Free parking. Somewhat out of city but Tourist card allows free use of public transport. Bus stop five minutes away with buses going into and retruning from city centre every 15 minutes. Takes about 25 minutes. Only negatives were having to check out at 10 am. Also be aware that cannot get food in hotel over lunchtime - this is stated on website so we were warned! Room was above the restaurant which was a little noisy - I think it was the juicer! Would ask for a room second floor upwards

Rooms are clean and big enough for family of 3. Gave for4 stars for rooms cos... balcony view on ground was literally no view. So we were bit disappointed.Small kitchen makes it easy when you have kids with you. . Good service..rooms were cleaned spotless. even the vessels we left behind were cleaned which normally is not case when i visited other hotels. Best location few minutes walk to bustop where you get buses that takes you to city center directly. Amazing breakfast. Wide variety of choices. We had fun in spa and jacuzzi on top floor. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed. But still worth every cent spent
