Hotel Miramare Garzia in Marinella

A lovely, small and quiet hotel, run by a welcoming Sicilan family and staff. Very clean, with lovely sea views and a short walk down steps to their private beach, where beds and umbrellas are provided at no extra cost. Flat screen TVs and mini fridges in rooms, free fast WiFi and air-conditioning. We took advantage of the free safety deposit box (located behind reception) to keep passports and a few valuables safe. Good choice of breakfast foods and nothing was too much trouble. The huge Selinunte archaeological site is within walking distance (albeit uphill/steps in places) and well worth a visit. Plenty of restaurants and cafes also within walking distance. Food was delicious and we found the portion sizes very generous so shared some dishes! Marinella di Selinunte is quite quiet, there are a couple of tourist shops but otherwise it's not overly commercialised, which added to the area's charm for us.

Great location and terrace overlooking the sea. The room was quite basic. Breakfast was good. Staff spoke little English but tried to be as helpful as possible. We were offseason and there was good parking available. In season is probably very difficult. Nearby restaurant Pierrot was fantastic.

So close to the town and beach. Everyone was very friendly and the room was excellent. Great breakfast and definitely worth a visit

Cute hitel right across the street from the beach. Private beach access, a patio for our triple room. Clean and friendly staff. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants. A lerfe t place to stay!

The location on the sea front is excellent with beachside restaurants all close by. Our sea facing room with small balcony was perfectly accpetable without being "outstanding". In fact rooms could do with updating but this did not impact our stay at all. The staff were helpful. Parking outside the hotel or in their private parking above the hotel. Breakfast was OK.
