Excellent hotel! I had a great stay here. It's calm and set in a beautiful Italian countryside, so it doesn't even feel like we're in crowded Venice. And in a way, we're not... Despite that, it's super close, just a 15-minute bus ride (which we caught right in front of the hotel) to Piazza Roma, near Venice Santa Lucia railway station. The room is comfortable and has a beautiful view. The breakfast is spectacular, I'll miss it. And it's only nine minutes from the airport. Contact the hotel and request their transfer service; it's cheaper than a taxi, and Uber is ridiculously expensive! You can also take a bus from the airport to the hotel if you have light luggage; it only takes about 10 minutes.

Very friendly welcome at the reception; large free parking lot and a great location for flights departing from Venice and Treviso airports, with good connections to Mestre and Venice. The rooms are very well equipped and it offers excellent value for money.

Friendly hotel with clean, quiet rooms in good proximity to Venice. Big plus: Free car parking. Negative: Too firm pillows in the room. However, in general, fine hotel to recommend.

The room was a good size, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Dinner was good and not too expensive; a simple meal for three, including a bottle of red wine and sparkling water, came to under 80 Euros.

It's not far from the airport, but you still need a taxi, and it offers absolutely no value for money. Breakfast was very basic with limited options. The duvet in the room didn't have a proper duvet cover; instead, it was just two sheets tucked under the mattress. It was baffling – are guests expected to just crawl under it and not be able to move the bedding? The air conditioning temperature couldn't be controlled and blew directly at my face constantly. The bed was directly facing the emergency exit light, which was so bright it made sleeping impossible.

The surroundings were nice and very clean. It's conveniently located near the airport and easily reachable by taxi.

The hotel felt new, spacious, and very clean overall. However, I unfortunately found a small bloodstain on the toilet seat in my room. The breakfast offered a good variety, but the taste was disappointing. Check-out time was 12 PM, but housekeeping knocked on my door and disturbed me at 10:30 AM, rushing me to check out. This was very inappropriate!

We did not stay at the hotel, but got lost and asked the receptionist for directions on a cold December night. She was very helpful and even offered transportation to our hotel. Great hospitality, even for non-guests! :)

The hotel location is very convenient. Few minutes away from Marco Polo Airport. Easy excess by but to Venice.
Overall nice hotel. But we had some issues with the bathroom shower and with the soap.

I would recommend this hotel if you did not want to stay in the city of Venice and just wanted to commute both ways the bus system runs right by the hotel. You.are were about six minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle service. There was a great little restaurant about a block away that we visited twice while we were there
