The location is great, perfect for an early morning Citywalk. It's not crowded, so you can see a completely different side of Venice, instead of the throngs of tourists. It's not a 24-hour front desk.

The hotel has a great location with a direct view of the Bridge of Sighs. It's especially good to book a room with a balcony; the facilities are old but quite elegant. Service is average; breakfast is delivered.

It is a 5-6 minute walk from Santa Lucia Station after taking a bus and boat for two stops. The house number is not very conspicuous, which seems to be the case in Venice. It is very close to St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. The room is very large, which is very rare in Europe at a price of about 2,000 yuan. The hygiene is very good, with beautiful retro decorations and an old-fashioned three-person elevator. Children like it very much. Breakfast is ordered on the menu the day before and hung on the door. Someone will take it away in the evening. It will be delivered to the room the next morning according to the selected time period. After eating, the tableware will be placed at the door and someone will take it away. Although the service is very good, it feels not as convenient as a buffet. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient to eat. I randomly chose two to eat, and neither of them was bad. It is about 40 euros per person. In short, it is a hotel worth choosing.

The property is located exactly a stone's throw from everything.
A marvel, the room overlooking the canal is truly incredible.
We had a really good time there.
Breakfast is in the room for everyone.
A dream in the drawer.

The hotel is very close to St. Mark's Square and the water bus station, making it very convenient for sightseeing and travel.

Beautiful view and particular hotel with mostly 10 rooms. The only issue is the entrance door was locked when I came back late. But easily solved by contacting the receptionist.
