Literally 5 mins walk to Saint Marco square and easy access for literally everywhere. They clean the room every day and the reception lady is so nice. Very comfortable stay

This hotel has an amazing location, just two minutes from St. Mark's Square. We got off at San Zaccaria and it was right next door. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and cozy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is situated in a small, quiet square, away from the noise. If I return to Venice, I'll definitely book here again. Thanks for everything!

I am very happy to stay at this hotel. Staff were nice. Room is big, clean, and great amenities. Close to everywhere I need to go. Water taxi, food, and main attractions just 5-10 minutes walking.
Definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect about our stay, from the location of the place and the friendly check-in to the cleanliness and easy access at all times of day and night, great great value

Although our experience was very good, at 7pm there were two families that we ran into that were trying to check in. No one was there and no one was answering the phone. We stayed with them for over 30 minutes when one family finally left to go to a different hotel, and the other family finally got contact with them after asking another hotel to reach out. We do not speak Italian and when I got one person on the phone, she said it was a residential line and to come back in the morning. She was very rude. So, with that: be careful and if you know you won’t be arriving early in the day, either find somewhere else to go or get in contact with them early.

I’ve never seen anything like this before and am shocked. The poor families just wanted to get to their rooms after long days of travel and to get out of the rain.

The hotel is conveniently located near St. Mark's Square, where the boat docks are located, and they were able to accommodate after-hours check-in by contacting us in advance via WhatsApp. The cleanliness and other details were commensurate with the price, and the front desk staff were friendly and the hot water was plenty, so we had no problems. The only thing I'd like to point out is that, although it may not be related to the hotel, there were more mosquitoes than we expected, so it might be a good idea to bring some insect repellent both in the room and when sightseeing.

The room was very clean and quiet, equipped with every thing we need. the lift was just convenient for us two people with a medium big size lagagg to the second floor. The lady in charge there was very considerate, remindering us for the detail routes from the airport to the hotel by water bus. we would reserve this hotel if we come to Venice again.

The hotel is close to the main tourists spots on the Venice main island. Accessible from the station and there are many eateries and shops nearby. We are happy with the stay.

Near St. Mark's Square, the hotel front desk is open from 9:00-17:00. At other times, you need to contact the hotel to ask for the access code. The rooms are very clean, and some rooms can see the river.
