Beautiful Hotel, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast with very good coffee. Had a lovely stay.
Only negative is that you could hear the neighbor room through the wall.
But all in all fantastic!

The facilities in the hotel were excellent, and the rooms were much more fancy than we expected. It was in a nice location in Cannareggio close to the main street but still with a local vibe. The service of the staff was also excellent.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our room was the “wow” room. We felt privileged to stay in it. The view was of the canal but the room itself is one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in. Perfect

The room is very good, clean and comfortable, the floor height is spectacular, everything is very high-end, but it should be newly renovated, the style is gorgeous and high-end, it feels a bit like a wealthy family, the service is also very warm and friendly, highly recommended

If you walk from the train station or bus station, it will be tiring to drag your luggage. The hotel service and breakfast are also good, and the coffee in the breakfast is very nice. The room is small and the bathing area is very small.

The hotel is nice and cosy, apparently is 600 years old and belonged to some noble Vendramin. Situated in a quaint neighbourhood is almost 20 mins walk to all the popular touristy places.
The rooms are big with ceiling height close to 20 feet. However, bathrooms are disappointingly small.
No lifts in the hotel however the reception helps you to move your luggage.
All in all a decent stay.

It was a great stay in this hotel overall. The staff was friendly and helpful in fixing the problem and providing information. The breakfast included was good. The room is spacious, and the decoration of the hotel is beautiful. The location is around 15~20 minutes walk to the station, and there are many stores around so it was good.

+ well situated in quieter canal area within walking distance of tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, museums, impressive churches. Conveniently situated within walking distance to train station, piazzale roma ( where you can access shuttle buses to airport, car park), vaporetti, water buses, option of water taxi ( less economical). This hotel was exceptional - very helpful, courteous staff, lovely buffet style fresh breakfast and barista - prepared coffees, rooms were very clean, comfortable and reminiscent of venice’s impressive artistic past. highly recommended and very comfortable stay!13.04.2019
+ Everything it’s perfect!!! The location was very nice and near to the station. The neighborhood there was very quiet with many shops. I proposed to make the way to Grand Canal by walk. We stayed in the economic room, which was small, clear and very comfortable. Tasty breakfast and very friendly staff especially Mr Tilly. Hole the staff gave us many important information having all the time the smile on their faces. Even if we had to leave early the morning, our staff made for us breakfast!!! I’m so satisfied that I chose this excellent hotel. Thank you ❤️ Panos+Dina Greece
