It's a good hotel even with some shortfalls. The resort is designed in a pretty way. the rooms are OK (even if the fridge is terrible) but there is no restaurant to speak of (just for breakfast). The swimming pool must be the highlight of the hotel and there are plenty of flowers around the place. In fact the grounds are very well cared and that included two olive trees that must be hundred years old. The location is .... OK ... I guess for Cala Gonone even if it's a long stroll to the beaches and downtown. Plenty of parking.

This hotel is set in a beautiful, central location with incredible Mountain View’s. It is within close distance to the beach, the charming town, and all the fun excursions leaving from the port to explore all the iconic beauty along the coast.

We loved our time poolside. The staff were wonderful and provided great service, including their offering for a packed lunch (which we loved for our all day boat adventure).

The only drawbacks we ran into was the outdated hairdryer, lack of toiletries, and we were missing a bathroom towel.

We loved our time here and would be happy to come back again!

Very pretty place to stay. The pool and restaurant is beautiful. The receptionist Davide is very warm hearted and helpful. Room is good and clean. The place is very quiet. We love it.

14.10.2025 Megan

The hotel was very beautiful, large thoughtful public areas and a nice traditional comfortable rooms.

A couple of things we found did not match expectations of a 3 or 4 star hotel: The front desk was almost always empty, and did not feel super service-minded (maybe understaffed). They did have equipment to borrow such as snorkels, cooler, umbrella. If you want to exchange your pool / beach towel its 3 euros which is unusual. There was no clothing iron available. The old school hairdryer in the room is pretty useless. The rooms did not have cups, tea / coffee, info about the area, and had minimal toiletries. Breakfast was basic, could have used more variety and hot vegetarian options.

If these issues can be improved this hotel could truly be a luxury stay in Cala Gonone.

The views were amazing. The entire hotel is a fairy tale and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful on activities in the area. Shout out to Debora!

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. Love the location in Cala Gone with plenty of parking and only 10-12 min walk to the center and port.
Highly recommended.

Everything was nice, clean the staff very profesional, the pool very nice, the room clean and spacious,
The breakfast and anyway limited if you are use to have eggs avocado etc

Parking was extremely easy and stress free and walk to the center of the town was just 15-20 minutes. Staff was super kind, even packed a great breakfast for us as we left at 5am on our last day.

21.08.2025 Anna

We really enjoyed the facility. The food was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful

15.08.2025 Adam

The hotel is a jewel in the crown of the region. While the rooms are not generous, even on the small side, it had everything we needed and views that are breathtaking. The breakfasts were hearty and healthy and the staff couldn't be more helpful. If anyone doesn't tap into their extensive knowledge of the local area then you missed out! In particular Debora and Diletta couldn't have been more helpful wrangling the local businesses to ensure our trips and meals went off without a hitch. Their local knowledge of food was flawless and every meal guided by them a real treat. Highly recommended for the staff, strongly recommended for the location and the rooms are decent.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
