The hotel was charming, with spacious rooms despite its small size and located conveniently close to the beach (though not beachfront). The room was comfortable, featuring excellent air conditioning, a great shower, and a handy mini fridge. Parking on site was also available. Breakfast was enjoyable, though the selection was somewhat limited. Pool/beach towel available to rent for 5 euros (per 2 I think) and due to limitation might not be changed everyday.

4 nights stay, junior Suite. Nice place, quiet and close to the beach. Parking is free and in a closed space. Dog friendly hotel and staff.

The nicest family hotel we’ve been to so far. The hotel, run by a family couldn’t be more perfect for us. Even if the rooms are next to each other we didn’t hear the neighbors once! Our daughter was in good hands by the family members who were watching in case that we needed to get ready and in a rush. They extended the breakfast for us, because I’m not a morning person and they even removed the spikes of a sea urchin in my and my daughters feet and provided all necessary cremes that I didn’t had to worry where to get it. Even the juice glasses for breakfast have a normal size and not the miniature size what I really appreciate. We will definitely come back again

We spent almost two weeks at the ragno d'oro, really liking its comfortable rooms (we saw three different ones, all nice although very different from one another), its location close to the sea and at short driving distance to some very good beaches in the surroundings, its nature. Very friendly and accommodating owners, as well,
Main drawbacks:
- no internet connection in the rooms (groan)
- the "social" areas (restaurant room, lounge area in the garden, barbecue area, etc.) are underutilized, it would be nice if they organized some low-commitment events during the season

Charming family owned hotel next to a phenomenal sandy beach. The rooms were nice but could do with a little maintenance. The garden around the place is inviting and the people are pleasant. Good place for a short brake or a longer one if you could accept there is next to nothing to do in the evenings there.

A great basic hotel visited July 2017. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very large for two people and excellent prices. Rooms very clean, good showers etc too.
The breakfast buffet was included and decent enough. We didn't eat at the hotel otherwise.
You're close to a few nice beaches, I recommend the one north of the hotel in front of the camping area, there are some nice sandy spots in between the rocky outcrops that are nice for sunbathing and relaxing.
My only negative aspect is it is quite far from all the 'major or main' tourist sites so you need a car and takes a while to get anywhere. There are some nice small beaches not too far and archaeological sites too and sufficient shops/bars/restaurants, particularly along the coast (10 minute walk west).
