Posizione centrale. Personale cortese ed attento alle esigenze della clientela. La colazione va assolutamente arricchita con il salato, il pane, la frutta e prodotti senza lattosio e gluten free (merendine, biscotti, fette biscottate).

It is a nice 3 stars hotel. The position is perfect since it is 200 meters far from the main square (it is in the centre of Roccaraso). The building is not new as quite all others in Roccaraso but it is well-maintained. The bathrooms are new, that is a pleasure. People are very kind and professional. The half-board formula is convenient (cheap). The food quality is good, even you obviously cannot find expensive meals in the half-board solution, because the price of this formula is inexpensive . Anyway, you can order extra dishes, but we did not need the feel. The breakfast is also good ,with home made cakes, but there are not savory meals (e.g., eggs, ham, bacon, ...) The waiters were professional, quick, and kind.

Hotel in a great location, clean rooms, excellent service, waiters who are always kind, polite, professional and prepared. Very kind owners and reception staff. Excellent catering. Structure to recommend can be compared to a higher level.

RUDE, INHUMANITY!
Assuming that we are, indeed WE WERE, already customers of this structure, this year they did everything except treat us as such. We had paid a deposit for the booking of a double from 13 August for 5 days, just to celebrate the August 15th in Roccaraso. On the 13th, unfortunately, my mother got stuck due to a herniated disc. Obviously we immediately called the hotel to change the reservation. The answer? "You do not know the damage you have caused us, it is August 13th then ..." and then again "how much we have lost ..." but now I wonder and ask "is there an exact moment in which to get sick? Is there anyone who likes to feel bad? " No, because if that were the case, why doesn't ALL the hospital staff go on holiday in mid-August? Why are the funeral homes open? ... it would be nice to be able to decide or at least change the "date" of a pain.
Only on one thing I agree with you: you have "lost" ... definitely 3 customers who would have preferred a mid-August of joy and not of tears of pain.

Hotel located near the main square of Roccaraso. The reception is large and there is a body temperature detector near the reception desk. The dining room is large and well soundproofed. The breakfast is well stocked with cakes, brioches, jams, chocolates, rusks, biscuits, bread, yogurt and you can consume cappuccinos, coffee "and tea, orange and pineapple juices. You book in the morning for lunch and dinner of the day. The dishes are good and plentiful, you can enjoy a buffet of raw and cooked vegetables. Lunch and dinner include a first course, a second course, side dish, dessert and coffee. The prices are good. If you want to take only. Lunch costs only 10 euros. The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms are not very spacious but clean. The hotel is spread over 4 floors. It is possible to park around the hotel. The property is located near the town center and you can take beautiful walks.
