L'accoglienza di Azzurra va ben oltre la professionalità che mostra, ti fa sentire a casa, con in più l'attenzione e la meticolosità di chi ama il suo lavoro, lo fa con passione e non teme di dimostrarlo coccolando i suoi ospiti sempre con il sorriso! L'albergo è curato nei dettagli e pulito, le stanze sono curate e si vede che sono state "rinnovate" da poco. Il ristorante interno inoltre è un valore aggiunto! È in una posizione molto strategica per visitare il Salento!

Treatment bordering on the offensive. I book half board, but when they arrive they tell me that their kitchen was not available and that they would send me on their behalf to a local steakhouse. Result: poor and almost grotesque dinner (they tell me agreed with the hotel) no choice for me, just mixed grill, low quality with a side dish consisting of six slices of eggplant and half a lukewarm beer. Absent the glass and (just for me) the tablecloth, everyone had it but for the guest of the partner hotel the square of paper and nothing more .... bah .....
