After arriving I was told the apartment is actually at a completely different location, which is 20 minutes away. I argued with the guy because I booked for this good location only. On the website and in the booking confirmation email it states this address only.(I checked that address in the email again it’s not exactly this one but only 2 blocks away)
After a while of communication the guy continuously repeating that I have no choice but to go to that new address.
Hence I have to walk in the rain carrying my luggage for 20 minutes in a cold dark evening. After reaching my pants are completely wet and I felt so frustrated and helpless.
I never write negative reviews about accommodation because I am not particularly at all. As long as it’s clean and convenient it is fine for me. However I feel this one is a complete fraud. I urge everyone who sees this post to avoid it.
Btw I never received a single word of apology from that guy. Maybe such words don’t exist in some languages.
