Decent room, but in the bathroom, the lock was not present, the shower water did not maintain any temperature (sometimes became scalding suddenly) and there is a sudden elevation in the floor which is very easy to hit your foot on.

Apartment right in the center of one of Italy's most beautiful and artistic cities. Stunning view right on the piazza. New furnishings and super comfortable. We will definitely be back. Super helpful and prompt service. I recommend it to everyone.

Great location. Sonia was very helpful, she met us at Sant'Oronzo square at arrival. The heating system worked well. The property has been renovated not long ago. Everything looked modern. Would have rated it much higher if not for the old and scratched pots and pans in the kitchen.

This new and well-kept structure, located 10 minutes from the center of Lecce, fully reflects the young age of those who manage it in a familiar and fresh way. We found ourselves very well, room equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator and wi fi, located in an area not far from the center from which you can quickly reach the various seaside resorts. Kind and helpful owners.

This is an incredible property in a wonderful location. The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful art. There are several areas for relaxation. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and entertainment.

The room was wonderful and we loved the little underground pool. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the noise from the street was extremely loud in the room which was unfortunate.

Room was hot & there weren’t any AC vents in the bathroom. It got very hot after a shower because there just isn’t good ventilation. Also, the pool is only a dip pool. It’s about 5’x5’ and 2’ deep. This is a B&B in an historic and gorgeous palazzo that is still owned by the original nobile family. The host is the lovely, gracious owner who is very knowledgeable about the history of Lecce and also makes delicious cakes! A truly wonderful and unique quiet setting. Grazie per l’ospitalità!

You won't have many opportunities to stay in a 500 year old palazzo, so here's your near unique opportunity in terms of the property and your hostess. The stay will be a standout of your trip. For parking (in the courtyard), it's best to have a small car.

Great location and nice looking hotel and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace but wasn't very exciting. The room was a good size with a skylight but was bright and airy. However there was some heavy rain and the ceiling leaked and there was water over the floor. When I mentioned this, I got the impression they blamed me! The toiletries in the bathroom were very poor...

On a beautiful square overlooking the baroque church of Santa Chiara, the hotel exudes old world charm. Our family room had a queen sized bed and a loft with a large bed for total privacy. A nice balcony was on the square/park.

Excellent location. Right in the center of the old town. The negatives are that it advertises a roof top jacuzzi and bar. There is no bar and you are not allowed use the Jacuzzi. It is only for show. It also says gym, hot tub and pool. You have to pay extra to use them. Other than that, an excellent hotel, decent enough breakfast, with lovely pleasant staff

This B&B is excellent. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the late evening but they were able to let us into the room remotely. We also appreciated how close it is to the historic parts of Lecce but also how quiet its immediate surroundings are. I would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent little find. Perfect location near lots of cute boutique shops and quaint streets. Good location and room. However, Wi-Fi did not work on the first day. I had to use cell connection and pay roaming fee. AC was off despite hot days, had to keep window open during night.

We had a nice stay. Location is great. Breakfast area is a bit outdated. During check-out we were surprised to pay (eur18) for the changes of towels. This was not explained during check-in, but seems that a notification was in the room. At the end we did not have to pay. I believe the hotel should communicate better for such costs (or even better not to charge guests for such things).

The property was well maintained and very clean. Check in was excellent and very friendly. Didn't really see any staff after that. The only minor complaint was that the hair dryer didn't work. We were surprised the property was on a busy road which made it noisy in the morning.

Perfect location near to the old city center in Lecce. Matteo, the host, was really clear throughout our communication and everything went really smooth. He also helped with a lot of good suggestions of restaurants in Lecce and helped sort out quickly any other issue we had. Pasticciotto for breakfast is definitely the right choice!

Good location within walking distance to Centro Storico. Great restaurants, bars, cafe’s all around the accomodation. The only let down was parking - it is not included, you either have to be lucky enough to find on the street or pay. Not a big deal but good to know. Breakfast is simple but plentiful, gracious staff.

Beautiful room, even had a balcony, important for smokers... very well located near the historic part and surrounded by places to eat. They offer a very rich breakfast with homemade pastries. We did not use the spa, but it is something to keep in mind after long walks. Excellent service from Stefanie and her staff.

I would like to point out that the person who welcomed us was very kind, I was a bit enticed by the photos and booked. But as far as our room is concerned I can't say wonderful things. There are many things to improve and fix, such as the SPA. SPA environment heated with hot air systems with air conditioning, oh well ‍♂️, the Jacuzzi tub is beautiful but has a lot of wear, and the glass does not protect...

We stayed one night in this location, in Epicur apartment, 2 adults and one kid. The main room is big and it is well equipped, but it is a little dark because it has some small windows up and the room has high ceilings. The second room is little, in fact it’s a hallway trough the bathroom. The mattress of the double bed is not very comfortable. They offered us a decent breakfast and excellent coffee...

Great location for a Lecce stay Accommodation was spacious and clean, the staff were very attentive and friendly, breakfast was a typical continental meal and more than adequate. Very unique property in the heart of town. We enjoyed being so close to all the restaurants and being able to walk around in safe area. I would definitely return back. Check-in was a little confusing but we were able to connect and get the code to get in so that was that was fine.
