More than Top!
Location: 10/10 Vignacastrisi is the perfect compromise between the best known Salento and the one to discover; inserted between a series of beautiful villages it is 5/20 minutes from the most beautiful sea of Salento (Porto Miggiano, Castro Marina, the green grotto, Porto Badisco, Tricase Porto etc. etc.) and from fascinating villages.
The BnB di Rocco is beautiful, built with passion over the years, a well-kept garden with centuries-old olive trees and a swimming pool, a high-level restaurant and small but comfortable and functional rooms; in particular ours with a wonderful and large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Restaurant: excellent value for money. Dishes prepared with fresh products, very good wine selection, ok service with a touch of fantastic fraternity.
Hospitality: super, we immediately felt more than at ease, Rocco is truly an exceptional host. Available and elastic to make the guests' stay ideal. He gave us Boule with ice glasses and corkscrews to drink our wines on the terrace, he satisfied the request for a scrambled egg with a little cheese in the morning as well as pasticciotti cappuccini croissants juices water ham cheese hot bread etc. etc.
All considering that he hosted us in his Bnb for 3 nights, two of which with a Wonderbox, is not for everyone.
Special mention: one evening at the restaurant there was a confirmation, we almost became additional guests, wonderful people, evenings to remember ❤️.
It will be a fixed stop when we return to Salento. See you soon Rocco and many many compliments 🍾🎉🎈

I do not understand that residents have to pay to use the swimming pool of the structure!
Also, can you write the REAL measurements of your pool with a capital "P"? And in order to be able to access for free as you are pointing out, I should always pass between the tables in the restaurant that are positioned by the "pool" (which both on wonderbox and on booking do not appear!)
I do not think that it is also convenient for you to belittle the purchase of wonderbox boxes in supermarkets since you yourself have entered into a contract with this company!

We stayed 15 days ago and there were surprises:
first of all to go up to the room you have to go between the tables of the restaurant below (which from the photos on the booking does not show up and not even the owner mentioned it during the call!) with customers who are eating; I do not deny you the embarrassment!
Small room, equally small bathroom and no bidet: considering the cost of the room this was not mentioned either!
Last but not least, if you want to ask the bar of the aforementioned restaurant for a "Lecce" coffee, that is, coffee on ice with almond milk, you will pay € 3.50: I hadn't even bought it in a 4-star hotel or in front of Santa Croce or the Duomo in Lecce !!!! .... would have cost less!

We enjoyed it.
the people who work there were hospitable and kind.
We booked two rooms and stayed one night.
Good location, large public parking.
The rooms are new, a bit small. I don't know the other rooms but ours didn't have a bidet.
The beautiful and well-kept garden with swimming pool.
They also have a restaurant, I don't know how to eat because we don't have any, The breakfast was good.
