Comfortable room with excellent cleaning.
Mr. Rocco was truly exquisite in his person from the welcome to the management of the guest in all its nuances, impeccable cleanliness and above all the presence of the parking lot in a central power area is really a gem not to be underestimated.

Excellent value for money. Immediately adjacent to the center avoids all the problems of the latter. Parking is a blessing!

Recently, I spent a Saturday night in one of the rooms of the B&B 85 center, well-kept, well-cleaned, arranged, new, warm accommodations just a few steps from the historic center of Potenza and its Santa Lucia escalators. Good breakfast with kitchenette available all day, free parking and the staff (like Mr. Rocco) always polite, friendly, approachable, sociable, helpful and smiling. Recommended 👍🏻
