spent few days during my stay in Calabria at Francesco’s b&b, i was very satisfied! Francesco is a great host, the rooms are super clean and very comfortable. I recommend B&B Sempione great deal in the centre of Cosenza and the prices are very convenient!

I had the pleasure of staying at this B&B from July 2 to July 8, 2025, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The owner, Francesco, was a very welcoming and helpful person. The location is simply perfect: central yet quiet, allowing me to walk to all the main attractions and points of interest.
The cleanliness was impeccable: every space, from the bedroom to the bathroom, was sparkling clean and meticulously cared for, making me feel immediately at ease.
Another strong point is the convenience of all amenities. In the immediate vicinity, I found excellent restaurants, bars, pastry shops, cafes, shops, pharmacies, and the city center.
I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely be back!

A wonderful place, refined and clean. The room with a private bathroom was meticulously designed with modern furnishings.
It's in an excellent location. Nearby are supermarkets, bars, and, most importantly, Cosenza's main street. Francesco, the owner, is a kind and cheerful person, always ready to offer advice on the city and point out places to visit. I'll be back.
