What an amazing stay! Besides the incredible facilities, great location, stunning rooms (we got a superior with jacuzzi), the staff was extremely accomodating to all of our needs

From the moment you are greeted by the friendly reception desk, prepare for a truly enjoyable and memorable vacation at the Rocca Nettuno resort

We are on a Puglia and Calabria road trip and Praia Art was our second stop, from the moment we arrived everything was professionally done, our luggage was taken care of, we had a warm and friendly greeting, welcome drink by the beautiful beach and sea was a very nice touch, great recommendations for where to visit, all of this before we entered our beautiful sea view suite

We stayed three nights and wish we had stayed longer. The cabana you are given at check in becomes yours for the duration of the stay so it’s very easy to come and go on the beach as you please

Fantastic experience that was recommended to us by Elena during our visit to Venice. The secluded beach was serene and the staff friendly and accommodating. There is a Michelin rated restaurant on the premises

The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious but not windows in either bedroom or bathroom. The seawater quality is questionable. No fish which is never a good sign

Only Negative Point: The Prices in the Pool Bar and Restaurant are over the Top 9€ for a 0,3 Beer and 13€ for a Spritz do not reflect the Quality. But it is always quite full so it seems to be ok for many

Watch out for traffic if walking out of the property, specially with children, since it is near a busy intersection with no walkway. Property has a restaurant and a nice swimming pool. Good view of downtown from the top

Great location just steps away from the main walkway through the town of Tropea. Quiet, nice pool, variety of food at breakfast and pleasant staff!! Would stay here again and recommend to my friends in Canada.🇨🇦

Overall, we had a good experience here. One problem was the shower size. Also, it's not a flat walk to the city center. Expect to walk up and down the hill

Hotel Tropis is great! It is clean and the rooms. 4 minute walk to train station. Short walk to city centre and the beach. The pool is great and relaxing environment

We stayed in a room with a sea view, a gorgeous view. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but acceptable. The only thing is that there was no free water in the room

Without question the best resort spa in Villa San Giovanni. This is where my dad is from ,so I’ve come to Villa quite a bit. My favorite ! Great live music and Dj by the pool , amazing views of Sicily across the sea

Surroundings: You need a car to see the surrounding villages or to go out in the evening, but on foot you can reach the primary things such as supermarkets, bars, rotisserie and huge Chinese shop that has everything Sea: pebbles, in front of the structure, crystal clear and spectacular, equipped and clean beach Hotel: super well-kept and clean exteriors, very beautiful and scenic gardens, luxurious...

Swimming pool: small but honestly useless with that sea in front, but equipped with hydromassage jets Rooms: spacious, with balcony, clean, equipped with everything, courtesy kit complete with toothbrush, shaving set (in addition to the normal things that are given) soft, designer and always clean towels Entertainment: very soft and a lot if you look for me maybe I'll do something or maybe not

in any case both the hotel bar and the lido make good coffee Summary: excellent structure, spectacular sea, divine food, super courteous, competent and kind staff

Food: whoever wrote that they had breakfast outside the hotel or ate outside, allow me to tell you: you have some serious problem! The food is not only of excellent quality, very fresh fish every day at lunch and dinner, sauces to mop up, pasta always al dente, abundant portions, a bottle of wine offered at every meal and opened in front of us, super breakfast! From sweet to savory, nothing is missing

What can I say, they are the heart of this hotel, they are extraordinary, professional, kind, always ready to satisfy any customer request, with a smile and infinite patience, given that some customers are rude and complain about made up things

they create long queues, inconvenience to the customer, terrible coffee and problems for the dining room staff who with immense patience look for solutions that unfortunately they can't find since it doesn't depend on them

Very nice hotel, it offers great views, the sunset from the main pool area is one of the best I have seen. The food is excellent, wide variety and all of it is of a very good quality

I can confirm there are jellyfish in the sea as I have got stung by one myself. You might want to be careful if you are allergic or more vulnerable to a jellyfish sting

The strongest point of the resort is the restaurant; the weakest point is the beach which is very narrow

Very good views, and nice beach. The staff is not good, the animation team when they know that you don't speak Italian They'll fully ignore you. This hotel is more for Italians, not for other tourists

All inclusive covers all you really need, drinks included. On the downside, the area is huge and you have to walk a lot (unless you are willing to wait for the provided train which is not always available)

Excellent four star resort, with a wonderful view on the bay of Santa Maria. The staff is well trained, although too few for such big resort

Unfortunately the hotel is sandwiched between two other hotels which have loud sound systems that are audible from the pool! The hotel is very remote and there aren't any bars or restaurants in walking distance (other than the bar of the hotel next door which we visited for lunch one day)

We spent a week in a superior room here end of September. The hotel garden is wonderful, very well kept, clean. The room was spacious, bathroom great, everything clean. Enough place to store clothes

Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings

This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night

Very close to the diver's paradise, you can get there on foot and the not too simple path is rewarded by the beauty of the sea

This is an aspect that needs improvement. It's really worth it, you can reach it either on foot or via the very convenient shuttle. I recommend bringing beach shoes. Lots of choice of excursions to do

The water is crystal clear and fish are everywhere to be seen (bring footwear for the pebbles and rocks though as it can be a bit tricky without)

We weren't familiar with this property; it's not just a hotel, but a resort with entertainment both day and night

The rooms have everything you need, but they're modest. one important thing is that the hairdryer works very well! The only downside is that the people who stay there always talk very loudly
