One of the best holidays we have ever had! Staff were amazing, the hotel grounds were stunning and everywhere smelt of flowers.

We stayed for a week in October in a two bedroom family room which was perfect for our stay with two young children. We loved the heated family pool which was a nice temperature and the kids splash park was great for our toddler! Be aware the big slides are for ages 5-10. Imagine Centre Parcs in the sun, with a beautiful beach accessed through a wooded area, well tended grounds , numerous pools and activities galore. Rooms are spacious and clean. This hotel is completely over rated! The food is horrible and the free alcohol is watered down. The pools are not heated including the hot tubs. Everyone smokes everywhere. The beach has no sand just sharp rocks. There is no adult pool even thought their website states it’s an Adult Resort! Babies and kids everywhere. No Concierge service and limited elevators.

Excellent breakfast & extremely accommodating staff

This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well. I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients. Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli...

The park is wonderful with lots of plants and flowers from various parts of the world. All is well maintained on a daily basis. Personnel is friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good even if not various with the same food and beverages every day. Overall, I can definitely recommend the hotel. The main plus points are the beautiful beach, the excellent food and the great staff. The restaurant looks directly out onto the sea and the view at breakfast alone is worth its weight in gold. At dinner there is a wide selection of delicious and healthy starters, both hot and cold. Three of us stayed in April 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. Very beautiful village directly on the sea, full of vegetation, lawns and well-kept plants. The hotel is located in the nice areas, right on the main road, but the room was so quiet. The breakfast was delicious. I was impressed with the sandwich toaster that makes the better taste of a warm breakfast. All the staffs are super friendly.

The location of the hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are nice, only the restaurant has a smaller selection of food. My husband doesn’t eat fish or seafood, so he had trouble choosing. The resort is extremely well maintained and clean. Absolutely wonderful stay! The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Strait of Messina, beautiful gardens, and a real sense of peace. The hotel is beautiful, nice, clean, with a beautiful area. The staff is helpful and friendly. Their bus service is great! If you want to go to the beach, just write it down and they will bring you there, as well as to the train station! The moment you walk into the reception area you have to check you are in the correct place… it’s a hidden gem the up to date decor and more importantly the friendly staff make you feel totally relaxed. The beaches are 2.5-3k’s away and Tropea is a quick 20 min drive down the road.. the staff are quick with smile and are always ready to have chat.. they are part of one big family which is refreshing...

A nice hotel with spartanly furnished rooms. It's far from everything and difficult to reach by any means of transport. Not recommended for those with limited mobility. There's little to do nearby, and the beach is quite a steep descent. It's reasonable and plentiful. The pool is small with a few sunbeds. The staff is helpful.

Overall, we had a good experience here. One problem was the shower size. It was very tiny. Maybe 3 ft by 3 ft. Also, it's not a flat walk to the city center. Expect to walk up and down the hill. We're in good physical shape so the walk was not bad at all, but if you need assistance or a wheel chair, this could be a problem.

Good location, a 3 minute walk to downtown. The included parking is convenient since it is otherwise difficult to park in the area. Watch out for traffic if walking out of the property, specially with children, since it is near a busy intersection with no walkway. Property has a restaurant and a nice swimming pool. I have been in new hotel where everything is perfect fresh and new in room, bed is cozy, air condition is working, i had a nice view on the sea and vulcan. Only little balcony made me curious on the beginning but the owner explain that is such typical style of old italian architecture where balcony must be small.)So next days i didnt pay attention on balcony anymore. We went to visit Tropea but were relying on Public Transport to move around; considering that, the location was not SUPER IDEAL, but the neighborhood is quiet and well lit so walking was not an issue at all and it made the rest AMAZING! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the breakfast was very complete, we loved it and would definitely go back! Strongly recommend!

Spectacular sunsets and if you’re lucky, from the last floor you can see Stromboli at sunset

2 giorni di vero relax. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, accolti dall'arrivo alla partenza con cordialità sorrisi e professionalità da parte del personale dell'albergo. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era super, con un terrazzino che affacciava sul mare stupendo di Tropea. Ho notato nella camera una pulizia attenta in tutti gli angoli, scusatemi ma sono un maniaco dell'ordine ma soprattutto...

Room with a magnificent view - of the coastline and Stromboli. Well appointed with good pool. Very friendly and attentive service. Half board food was outstanding - both breakfast and 3 course dinner. Transport to and from nearby beautiful Tropea was gratis, but with set times. Walking from the hotel in any direction not recommended - and dangerous!

Good breakfast. Aircondition is turned off in the winter time, so it is bad air ventilator in the rooms. Clean rooms. Strange that you have to pay for eggs in breakfast.

Breakfast is good. Over average as breakfasts in Italy, but I find it weird that you have to pay for scramble eggs or a omelette. Rooms are old, but clean. The whole hotel could benefit from some renovation.

Although slightly out of the city center, the hotel is very well located near a train / metro station, which allows you to easily reach the other part of the city and the suburbs. All staff members we communicated with showed excellent attitude, were helpful, smiling and friendly. Artdeco rooms, great location. Very comfortable bedrooms.

Best location. Within waking distance to all resturaunts and steps from lungomare. The roof top breakfast was incredible and perfect way to start the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Jr suite is spacious and bright. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially the hotel manager. They made our stay in Reggio perfect. I would recommend and stay again when we return!

Excellent location next to the National Museum, RC Lido train station, Gelato Cesare, and the promenade. Only about 10 minute walk to the ferry port. Hotel had an excellent breakfast with many choices (muesli, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, pastries, and even granita with brioche, among other options.
