One of the best holidays we have ever had! Staff were amazing, the hotel grounds were stunning and everywhere smelt of flowers.

We stayed for a week in October in a two bedroom family room which was perfect for our stay with two young children. Imagine Centre Parcs in the sun, with a beautiful beach accessed through a wooded area, well tended grounds , numerous pools and activities galore. Rooms are spacious and clean. This hotel is completely over rated! The food is horrible and the free alcohol is watered down. The pools are not heated including the hot tubs. Everyone smokes everywhere. The beach has no sand just sharp rocks. There is no adult pool even thought their website states it’s an Adult Resort! Babies and kids everywhere. No Concierge service and limited elevators.

When I came to the hotel I thought that i would be alone the whole trip and have almost no fun at all. That completely changed when i started talking to emilia and caterina. Stayed here for 1 night in a Junior Suite, 1 bedroom (sea facing) while travelling from Tropea to Positano. Hotel is located on 2 sides of the main road and drove by it coming in as signage was a bit poor. Check in was ok. Staff who spoke English wore a name tag with the English flag noted on it. Room was a bit dirty on arrival and 2nd bed for my son was not set up. Room was over-looking the pool area...

We stay in modern part which is closer to the beach, rooms are ok however very small.. If you dont pay extra, you get the view to the busy steeet. Double bed for small children not the best option and there is nothing else to choose from. What is really wierd, requirement to swim in swimming caps at the outdoor pools…. The general spaces of the hotel desperately need modernization, but the "resort" part is nice after reconstruction. Avoid the village part though. Food is great, Beach and sea are great. Employees speak very little english.

Beautiful location with private beach. The beach is a little coarse and there are rocks in the ocean, but it was really nice. The pool and pool deck were great. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner menus were mediocre. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings. Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!

Excellent breakfast & extremely accommodating staff

This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well. I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients. Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli...

The park is wonderful with lots of plants and flowers from various parts of the world. All is well maintained on a daily basis. Personnel is friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good even if not various with the same food and beverages every day. Overall, I can definitely recommend the hotel. The main plus points are the beautiful beach, the excellent food and the great staff. Three of us stayed in April 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. Very beautiful village directly on the sea, full of vegetation, lawns and well-kept plants. The location of the hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are nice, only the restaurant has a smaller selection of food. My husband doesn’t eat fish or seafood, so he had trouble choosing. The resort is extremely well maintained and clean. Absolutely wonderful stay! The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Strait of Messina, beautiful gardens, and a real sense of peace. The moment you walk into the reception area you have to check you are in the correct place… it’s a hidden gem the up to date decor and more importantly the friendly staff make you feel totally relaxed. The beaches are 2.5-3k’s away and Tropea is a quick 20 min drive down the road.. the staff are quick with smile and are always ready to have chat.. they are part of one big family which is refreshing...

A nice hotel with spartanly furnished rooms. It's far from everything and difficult to reach by any means of transport. Not recommended for those with limited mobility. There's little to do nearby, and the beach is quite a steep descent. It's reasonable and plentiful. The pool is small with a few sunbeds. The staff is helpful.

Overall, we had a good experience here. One problem was the shower size. It was very tiny. Maybe 3 ft by 3 ft. Also, it's not a flat walk to the city center. Expect to walk up and down the hill. We're in good physical shape so the walk was not bad at all, but if you need assistance or a wheel chair, this could be a problem.

Good location, a 3 minute walk to downtown. The included parking is convenient since it is otherwise difficult to park in the area. Watch out for traffic if walking out of the property, specially with children, since it is near a busy intersection with no walkway. Property has a restaurant and a nice swimming pool. Amazing place - beautiful rooms, beautiful garden and swimming pool. We have a car so the location is also very nice. Close to the beautiful beaches. The hosts are extremely nice :)

We stayed the week after mid-August. Strategic position near the most beautiful beaches in the area. Friendly, attentive and attentive staff to our every need. Clean, sanitized residence with breathtaking views. We saw some great sunsets. Small, familiarly run restaurant with a choice of genuine and very very good foods. We will definitely be back !!! I have been in new hotel where everything is perfect fresh and new in room, bed is cozy, air condition is working, i had a nice view on the sea and vulcan. Only little balcony made me curious on the beginning but the owner explain that is such typical style of old italian architecture where balcony must be small.)So next days i didnt pay attention on balcony anymore. In case someone want big balcony...

We went to visit Tropea but were relying on Public Transport to move around; considering that, the location was not SUPER IDEAL, but the neighborhood is quiet and well lit so walking was not an issue at all and it made the rest AMAZING! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the breakfast was very complete, we loved it and would definitely go back! Strongly recommend!

The front desk people were very helpful and patient. We were very close to downtown and could buy a converter just a few blocks from the hotel. It is a nice property with cute balconies. Breakfast at the terrace was nice and relaxing.
