Excellent location, very central. Ztl parking with permission at two steps. Room exquisitely furnished with colors linked to the sea. Very nice facility. Excellent value for money. Owner always courteous and helpful, as well as the staff. Well done.

Beautiful B&B, located in the center of San Nicola Arcella; the structure dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated, furnished with taste and elegance. The rooms are large and clean and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner, an easy-going person, always helpful and kind. Excellent breakfast, served in a beautiful patio inside the structure. Possibility of having a private parking space. What can I say, we were pampered from the first second we set foot in the B&B. 5 star rating! I hope to come back soon.

Great location! Well renovated, clean and in a privileged position (if you want you can also walk to the Arco Magno beach). Free parking in the area. Central. Very nice and helpful staff. I will be back for sure. Average prices and in any case adequate for the structure. Attention to detail (wooden hangers, room safe, air conditioning turned on before arrival, new furniture). Classic breakfast but prepared and served at the table (no buffet gatherings). Very good! The only negative note, for me, is the breakfast time (from 8.15am). From 7.30 it would be more correct!

I slept in this delightful b & b for just one night with 2 friends returning from a bike ride and we found genuine and generous hospitality. The owner is very kind and nice and he also "accommodated" our bikes. Wonderful house with balconies and stairways with a lovely patio for breakfast at the beginning of the pedestrian street of the historic center, convenient for everything! Thank you
