I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and always have had a great stay. I’d say Capri is getting too full with day tourists and very large crowds which takes a bit away from the Capri experience.

The room has a terrace and balcony with mountain and sea views. The whole hotel is like a small garden. The service is very good, with welcome drinks and fruits. There is free shuttle to Capri Square, the mini bar is free and replenished every day, the breakfast is delicious, and an aromatherapy gift was delivered the night before leaving, which is wonderful.

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of September 2021 and had a wonderful experience. I met the owner who was sitting in his office with his adorable dog San Felice and we discovered its a family run business and the owner and his son are almost always on site. This is a fair place to stay (considering the prices of Capri), but the family-small business crew is so sweet you should stay there to support them! Breakfast is served when you enter the restaurant, the waiter will be there at your service. Location is amazing if you want to know the whole island and have little time.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and I was very pleased. Location is fantastic. I can see the blue see and port from the room and it takes only a few minutes to the port. The views are amazing from Hotel Luna especially if you get a superior sea view room. These rooms are updated (but not reflective of the photos on tripadviser so go to their website to see). The room and balcony was larger than usual European hotels. The view was amazing and I really enjoyed all of the greenery (flowers, trees), it made for a relaxing environment. It is walking distance to Villa Krupp. The Lemon stand is around the corner (don’t miss out, it’s delicious). Their rooftop bar is not worth the hype since the customer service is horrible.
