My husband and I had the most magnificent stay in this extraordinary villa hotel. From our first steps into the Villa on a grey, cloudy, and rainy day to the last day (also grey and rainy), everyone was ever so kind

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at this comfortable and chic boutique hotel because of the smiles and 5 star service. from Mario, Emmanuel, Markita Budaba and all the amazing team that helped make our stay memorable

We also tried the restaurant,( tasty), bar , the infinity pool and we really appreciated the valet service from the hotel to Capri center or Marina Grande. We can easily recommend the Excelsior Parco !

The best experience I have ever had! From a value proposition hands down this place smacks it out of the park. The entire staff felt like family to me and my wife. You ask, and they deliver with pleasure

We loved that the beach club was included in the stay and it was so fun to relax on their chair and swim. This hotel may be a bit older than modern stays, but I think it has so much unique charm

The garden was delightful, the B&B was spacious & well provisioned, and most importantly - the air conditioning was very powerful! Amazing to meet several tortoises, cats and lizards throughout our stay

The perfect experience Our stay was magnificent! This hotel is in located in the little town of Anacapri and it is absolutely amazing

Opposite the kitchen area was a sofa-bed and small table & chairs. A short walkway passed by a good sized bathroom with walk in shower and into the large bedroom area. Furniture was basic but adequate throughout

Not so much a negative point, but the bedsheets must be laundered with a high starch content as I felt a bit like a mouse in a crisp packet getting into bed. Once in and settled it was all fine, though

If you're thinking of doing the horizontal bedroom tango then you'd need to be very discreet and if you tend to have noisy bathroom events then just be aware that if your immediate neighbours are home, they are going to hear

My wife and I visited for a few days during our Italy holiday this autumn. I had wanted to visit Sorrento and found Gocce di Capri, of which my wife approved (she's the usual destination chooser)

We were checked in quickly and given directions to our apartment towards the end of a complex. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and chilled and carries a very Mediterranean feel (strange that)

Arriving at the resort we were greeted with gorgeous views overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Our arrival was welcomed warmly by Mike and another young lady whose name I fail to recall

The hotel sits beautifully about 50 meters above the old harbour, in a small village that offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Our rooms have been freshly renovated and feel bright and comfortable

My parents have been coming here for 25 years, and now I understand why. The view over Ischia and the Gulf of Naples is absolutely breathtaking — truly one of the highlights of the stay

The staff were welcoming, friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I liked the fact that the hotel was quite small so it was easy to make conversations with other guests

The location was lovely with breath taking views although a little too far from Sorrento. The food was excellent, local cuisine always served piping hot, and with a homely touch

The beach is easy to get to, but water shoes are a must! I wish the cabins had mosquito nets on the windows, as we had to sleep with the windows closed

This place was a great spot for a family vacation. The cabins a well set up with 2 rooms and a functioning kitchenette. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and there was enough space for us all

Market was well stocked and the takeaway pizza was great after a long day on the water. We all had an amazing time and we will be back!

The pool was under renovation when we were there but it will be amazing when it is finished. Our main stress was the lack of Electric vehicle charging options

Most hotels in Sorento have them on their private property and they are for guests only. I wish Nettuno would install a fee for use charging station in their car park

3) They hold raves on Saturday and Sunday night. The beach club is filled with hundreds of people and the thumping music goes until 2 am. If you were hoping to go to bed early, that's not going to happen over the weekend

The beach club is stunning but there are issues! The location of this place is unmatchable. We will be back despite some issues with our stay because it's simply stunning

The room is very good, very close to the beach, it is very convenient to eat downstairs, and the service is also very good

The hotel is located in a remote area. You need to use the hotel's free shuttle service. If you walk, you need to walk 15 minutes downhill to the hotel

The shuttle service goes to and from the nearby parking lot and bus station. The waiting time was half an hour during the morning rush hour

The hotel has beautiful scenery, the front desk reception is also very friendly, and breakfast can be packed

The room is clean and tidy, but the hotel is a bit difficult to find on the mountain road, but you should be able to call the hotel to pick up and drop off from the parking lot

Recommend staying on the corner room on the top floor. You get a lovely big patio and your view is spectacular. Have a few drinks while watching the sunset and it'll be one of the highlights of your trip

The private beach and bar major perk and reward for descending stairs (which you should be prepared for)! Given that it is a bit further from Sorrento center, they offer a shuttle service to downtown (you have to sign up for the rides ahead of time), but it was easy enough to taxi to and from the train station

The serene location and privacy of the accommodations were perfect, and the resort grounds are incredible. There were lots of trails through lush foliage including olive and lemon trees

The offerings at the restaurant for breakfast (which was included) and dinner varied and were delicious. The staff including their fur friends were friendly, accessible and attentive

It’s really a luxury to stay at a hotel with such a nice beach. This was a big advantage! We stayed both at a hotel room and apartment because of availability

This is quite a royal hotel and so accommodation is a royal experience. It is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed but it is expensive, although well worth it

You can also easily reach La Fontelina beach club from the hotel by taking the stairs down. Hotel’s pre-arrival communications were very prompt and very much on point

When we asked why, they said it was because of "appearences". They brought us another cake at 2pm that day (yesterday). We barely had 2 slices and that night, housekeeping removed it AGAIN! I am SO pissed off

Stayed at Punta Tragara for 3 nights. It’s a beautiful property and we loved the location, which creates some distance from the hustle and bustle of Capri center

First group of staff I met were the drivers, all amazing people with high energy, great taste of music and very experienced at getting around the narrow roads of Capri, My favorite was Mauricio, but they all deserve their roses because they were all great

I stayed in room #109, it had everything you need, very spacious for 2 could fit 3 adults comfortably, with enough storage, outlets, a mini fridge, counter space, and there are plenty of mirrors to be able to get ready at without having to share one bathroom mirror

The hotel staff is so great and will go out of their way to help you. There is a shuttle that runs to the center of town that is very convenient. I loved it and will be back! Wish we had stayed longer than two nights!

For check in, Toti a young man with blonde curly hair who spoke Spanish helped us, and also booked a boat tour for us. He was a delight and the right person to have in the in front

We had a deluxe ocean view and it was stunning. The room are a little older but clean and very very comfortable and super cute. The balcony is amazing and has unbelievable views

However I thought capri inn entrance is on the ground floor like most hotels but actually it is located on the second floor only and we had to climb up the stairs with our luggage so it was the only point that was a bit tiring

Vesuvius from the seaview rooms are stunning! The location at Marina Grande is steps to restaurants, delis, and transportation (funicular, buses and taxis) to Capri Town and Anacapri

The location was good but a little difficult to find, and you will have to have your luggage dropped off otherwise drag them through town yourself

Decorated in blues to match the sea. It is a 5 minute walk from the boat, one of the very closest hotels and away from the crowds. Some traffic noise from the road, but when the glass door was shut it was quiet

The room had a terrace, so huge, maybe the size of your room. They did not offer breakfast at our stay, i believe they are setting up their kitchen soon. Lady at check in was really nice, she gave us local information

I spoke with the owner of the hotel, he was really nice. He said they used to serve as hotel before 3 years and then they rented it to hotel managers of La Palma hotel for 3 years
