A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Sitting on the front terrace enjoying a beverage while watching the people parade by was special. Stayed here in September 2025 Loved it, definitely a go to every year!! Retro style, felt a bit 'old' but super accommodating and felt like a family run hotel, comfortable, non pretentious. Restaurant is a definite yes, coming from a food snob. Breakfast buffet has so much choice too. Brunch poolside was perfect. Shuttle services are a bonus.

We had a deluxe ocean view and it was stunning. The room are a little older but clean and very very comfortable and super cute. The balcony is amazing and has unbelievable views. Villa Brunella was lovely, views were very good. The uniqueness came from its location, which made it very quiet and enjoyable. Staff was great. Shout out to Giani, the bellman, and to the staff at the checking desk as they were very helpful. Location was amazing! Food was good. Washrooms could use a renovation. A bit pricey for what it is but overall, the hotel was good. If you have bigger luggages, it is worth paying the €20 per luggage per way. It’s pricey, but worth having to carry them up the hill.

Stayed here for 3 nights for pure relaxation, which it was. The hotel exceeded our expectations and delivered a very high standard both for the accommodation and the breakfast. Had lunch here a couple of times which was delicious. Very relaxing atmosphere around the popular pool and good service with drinks.

I’ve been to Capri many times. Luckily, I discovered the Hotel Syrene— the best location, a block away from all the shops, restaurants, gelato cafes & transportation. The staff was terrific, and each one was nicer than the next. Plus, my room was beautiful and elegant. The bathroom and amenities are excellent. Loved every moment. I can’t wait to return next summer.

We were not residents, but stopped by to see about refreshments at their terrace. We ended up not going to the terrace because the lemon garden was so stunning. The drinks were good and service was friendly and prompt. Recommend.

Very clean in an excellent location. Views were awesome. Must thank the receptionist. He recommended a restaurant for dinner wich we went. I left my passport at the restaurant and they called the receptionist who was able to retreive it! Uff that was a close one!

The hotel is nice but needs a bit of upgrading. The cleaning team is very loud and disturb the sleep in the morning. Great location and nice breakfast

This was more like a 2/3 star property. We had to carry our own luggage up and down the stairs. Beds were hard and linens were like sandpaper. The location was good but a little difficult to find, and you will have to have your luggage dropped off otherwise drag them through town yourself. Would not recommend.

The staff are wonderful and we enjoyed our stay at Vila San Felice. The day we left it appeared to be changing hands, so I don’t know how pertinent this review is now.

The staff providing and outstanding experience. The pool is amazing. Location is perfect. The front desk handled all the questions and transfers. Definitely a repeat stay in the future. Many thanks to the hotel and staff for providing a memorable experience.

Beautiful property with a nice pool close to everything. Breakfast was good enough to get the day started and the best part was getting out and being close to shops and restaurants . The front desk guy at night was a bit moody but other than that, service was excellent

The hotel was ok. There was a strange/bad smell coming from the air conditioner and the wall was scuffed up from many previous guests suitcases. The bathroom was the smallest we’ve seen in Europe so far (between Turkey, Greece, and Italy). On the plus side, the pool was very nice and the location is great. If you’re simply looking for a bed to sleep in, this place is ok. Otherwise I’d stay somewhere...

Beautiful & Authentic Capri Stay Charming property with a true old Italian villa vibe. Rooms are small but cute and clean — nothing overly fancy, but perfect for a Capri getaway. The location is great, close to everything, and the staff is helpful. The only downside was carrying my luggage up from the port myself — it’s quite a trek. I had no ideal that I can get help.
