Everything is great, the fabulous service is what really makes it, followed by great food and beautiful views.
The Maître d' made everything perfect and above our expectations. A very warm welcome followed by wonderful service for the whole of our stay.
Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Breakfast included cooked options (sweet and savoury) as well as a cold buffet already with warm pastries.
We had a sea view room which was spacious with a very comfortable bed and balcony with loungers and table and chair, and of course gorgeous sea and sunset views.
We enjoyed the pool (even in November!) and appreciated the cleanliness of it, like the rest of the hotel.
A very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful small botique hotel just a 5 min walk to the city center. I believe all the rooms face towards the south with views of the pool or ocean. We had a beautiful terrace suite with outdoor table and sun loungers on the second floor. The breakfast here is fantastic. Great croissants, fruits, yogurt, cereal, etc and made to order grilled sandwiches, eggs, and omelets. Like all places in Italy, their coffee is fantastic. We got a couple cappuccino's each morning and it was delicious. The staff here is wonderful. They are so nice, helpful, and welcoming. Claudia was our guest relations person and was a wonderful gal. The dining room host, Antonio, is AMAZING! He's a working machine that hustles all day long and remembers everything you had and ordered from the day before. There are so many hotels to choose from while in Capri, but we found this hotel to be an excellent value and was so good we'll stay here again when we revisit Capri.

La Floridiana is a wonderful place to stay in Capri. Its location is perfect, just a short walk to the main plaza and other popular spots. It is still tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The pool area is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained, with attentive poolside service that made it even more relaxing.
Breakfast was a highlight, not just because the food was delicious, but Antonio’s warm hospitality and attention made each morning feel special. At reception, Martina was exceptional, helping us with restaurant recommendations and plans throughout our stay. She was patient, kind, and incredibly attentive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

I would like to thank everyone at Hotel La Floridiana for an unforgettable stay in Capri. We were kindly upgraded to a stunning sea-view room that was immaculate and so comfortable. The customer service was excellent from start to finish — the front desk, the restaurant team, and even the gentleman who helped with our luggage all went above and beyond. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, enjoyed with breathtaking views of the sea. A true Capri gem — we will definitely return!”

First time in Capri and it didn’t disappoint! First time staying at La Floridiana and what an amazing place! From the moment we checked in with welcome drinks and a guide from Claudia to places of interest around the island we felt at home instantly! Our upgraded room, as a gesture to our 40th wedding celebrations was beautiful, with floral tiled floors and an exquisite sea view.
The whole staff including reception, restaurant, kitchen, poolside and cleaners work as a family team to ensure all needs are met. A special mention to Antonio whose efficient, energetic and charming personality embody the ethos of the hotel. We would 100% recommend this gem of a hotel to future Capri visitors

This was hands down the best hotel we have maybe ever stayed at?! The hotel staff were incredible from the moment we arrived with complimentary welcome drinks. Guiliana sat with us and gave us incredible recommendations and we quickly became friends! She made our stay so amazing from upgrading our room to booking all of our reservations. She was truly the best and made us feel at home. This hotel is 10/10 and a must stay if you are visiting Capri.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at the restaurant in La Floridiana Hotel in Capri, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Antonio Amitrano. From the moment we arrived, Antonio went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He was incredibly attentive and understanding of our dietary needs, showing a deep knowledge and respect for Jewish and kosher guidelines. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of amazing, with every dish perfectly prepared and delicious. Antonio’s hospitality and professionalism truly enhanced our evening, making it one of the highlights of our trip. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Capri!

La Floridiana should really be a 5 star hotel, Top staff and services. We discovered this hotel last time during a random walk, the friendly front desk welcomed us into the hotel with two Aperol Spritz at their beautiful sea view lobby, before we even made the reservations. We had a great stay hence we come back again this year. The team surprised us with a welcome bottle and an upgrade. The hotel itself is in the best location with easy walking distance to all boutiques and Capri centre, amazing breakfasts. This is no question our top choice in the lively side of Capri. Thank you and see you next year! 😊

This hotel is wonderful in Capri!! First the location is incredible, we loved that it was down a quiet street while also so close to the main square of the city with just a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself was beautiful - the lobby and rooms were incredibly clean and updated. The breakfast was always good and had way more options than most hotels on the coast. The staff was always so friendly - from check-in, helping us get rides, at breakfast, and the pool. The pool itself was beautiful and was not crowded any of the days we were there. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend!
