Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco in Capri Village

Run, go and reserve this exquisite Villa Boutique hotel in Capri. There's a REASON why Trip Advisor has given its coveted YELLOW Best Award of the year (green used to be the best, and now it's YELLOW). My husband and I had the most magnificent stay in this extraordinary villa hotel. From our first steps into the Villa on a grey, cloudy, and rainy day to the last day (also grey and rainy), everyone was ever so kind. We simply could not have asked for a warmer welcome. Inside the villa, everything was glowing with perfection. Everyone involved in creating a perfect lodging experience is to be thanked and recognized for their warmth and hospitality. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet overlooking the sea. We could have stayed in our room the entire time (due to the rain) and still had a perfect experience. The staff went out of their way to fulfill our requests. Each of our meals from breakfast to dinner was far better than most of the eateries during our 2-week Amalfi sojourn . . . kudos to the chef and his staff. Their Delizia a Limone dessert was the BEST among all that we tried during our 2-week trip (and we enjoyed nearly 14 versions of these). Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco is absolutely one of the top 3 lodging experiences of our lives, and we hope to return someday soon.

Truly the best hospitality experience of our lives—without any exaggeration! I stayed with my partner for three days at this hotel, and I have never encountered a more polite, always-smiling, and genuinely helpful staff. Mario explains every detail and assists you with anything you may need. The whole property is simply stunning, as it used to be a private residence built in 1906. It is impeccably maintained and takes you back in time, immersing you in the refined elegance of Capri. They also provide free transfers both to the port and to the city center as many times a day as you need. They truly made our holiday unforgettable

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at this comfortable and chic boutique hotel because of the smiles and 5 star service.from Mario, Emmanuel, Markita Budaba and all the amazing team that helped make our stay memorable. We also tried the restaurant,( tasty), bar , the infinity pool and we really appreciated the valet service from the hotel to Capri center or Marina Grande . We can easily recommend the Excelsior Parco !

The best experience I have ever had! From a value proposition hands down this place smacks it out of the park. The entire staff felt like family to me and my wife. You ask, and they deliver with pleasure. The restaurant is top tier as well! The best most elegant dishes we had on our entire trip (beating Michelin star without a doubt). We almost never left the hotel but felt obligated to explore Capri . Not to worry they know the island and can give you countless of quality suggestions depending on what you are in the mood for. The rooms amazing! The pool facilities and bar amazing! Did I mention everything was amazing. Their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are, especially to the reception team. They helped us with everything we needed, always with a warm smile on their faces. One morning, we woke up quite late and missed breakfast, so we just ordered some coffee to the room. To our surprise, they kindly brought us a light breakfast as well, which we truly appreciated. That thoughtful gesture made our day! Thank you for everything! We will come back soon! ❤️

Amazing staff and service. Room had an incredible view, a rooftop patio with a hot tub and day bed. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day. The staff made our stay very comfortable.. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Great accommodations for a boutique hotel..

Wow what a place!
This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Especially the sea view room, when you wake up every morning, you feel like you are in a postcard from Capri.

The hotel can arrange pick-up from Naples and ferry to the hotel. One-stop service is very friendly to tourists.
There are also free shuttle buses to and from the city on weekdays.
