Hotel La Palma, Oetker Hotels in Capri Village

We didn't stay here but enjoyed a lovely lunch on the terrace looking into the street. Petra is a true asset on the hotel and very friendly and helpful. Our meal was delicious (club sandwich and burger) - whilst expensive it was definitely worth it for the atmosphere and vibe. We would return again if we were in Capri.

Our stay at La Palma was truly exceptional. The hotel couldn’t be in a better spot—right in the heart of Capri, just steps away from the best shops, restaurants, and everything you want to explore. Yet once you step inside, it feels calm, elegant, and welcoming.

The staff really makes the difference. Everyone was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and it’s clear that no detail was overlooked.

Our room was stunning—bright, elegant, and so thoughtfully designed. From the whisper-quiet air conditioner and generous closet space to the mini fridge and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, everything was just right. The shower pressure was perfect too, which always feels like a small but important luxury.

We spent time by the pool and rooftop terrace, both beautiful, relaxing spaces with excellent service. Our back room terrace didn’t have a great view, but it was still private and peaceful—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Next time, we’d love a room overlooking the street or pool for that extra touch of Capri charm.

And then there’s breakfast—an absolute dream. The ingredients and coffee are outstanding, and even the chef was there in the morning, which says a lot about their commitment to quality. The selection of food was straight out of my dreams—fresh, elegant, and delicious. Every morning, we were warmly welcomed by Florencia, whose kindness set the tone for the day. And her fresh panettone was perfection.

La Palma isn’t just a beautiful hotel—it’s a place where every detail matters and where people truly care about your experience. We left feeling rested, spoiled, and already excited to come back.

Rooms were very nice and hotel itself but more impressive was the staff , everyone was so polite and friendly …I have never experienced such politeness and friendliness….from everyone…saying hello and good morning at every moment ….ive stayed in many nice hotels but this I have to say best them all on the superbe staff

The staff was amazingly well organized from the moment we arrived to handling all reservations and making special requests happen. The property is beautiful and very modern and new great beds very comfortable rooms and top quality amenities throughout. Highly recommend and worth the cost in an ideal area of Capri

Amazing hotel in the heart of Capri. Service and rooms you will not be disappointed with. Not a luxury everyone will be able to stomach, but for those who can. Highly recommend.

An amazing 5 star lux hotel smack in the cute town of Capri. Recently renovated with beautifully appointed rooms. Wonderful breakfast area underneath a picturesque old pine tree with the most delicious house specialty french toast which we had 3 days in a row! Service was impeccable, all the staff go all out to please and help in any way they can. The concierge was efficient, nothing is impossible and always delivered with a smile. The pool was a tad small hence we didnt use it. However the private beach club reachable by hotel car in 5 mins was tasteful and elegant. We had lunch overlooking the small pebbly beach, then dived in for a swim in the crystal clear water after. Perfect way to spend the afternoon.....

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing two week stay at this superb property. Located at the heart of Capri it provides an ideal based for enjoying the many delights of the island. The decor and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is second to none. But the staff are what makes this extra special. Every single member of staff made us feel special. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was attentive without being intrusive. A heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms are lush in size and pretty. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t warn us that our junior suite is above the hotel restaurant and lounge and it’s very loud. It’s definitely not peaceful it took us until 2am to fall asleep until the noise calmed down. So we laid there annoyed and tired. Also the bed squeaks so everytime we got in and out of it it makes an annoying noise. For the price of the hotel per night the bed should not be squeaking. This is annoying and not luxury.

For Breakfast they brought our food before our drinks and the bacon came about 5 minutes after the food was served. The food should come all together and drinks should arrive prior to food being served.

If you are looking for a quiet peaceful hotel this is not it. Service is more like a 4 star.

Fun, kind, lovely service. Best venue to relax for a simple meal or beverage. All English speaking. A memorable respite.

Beautiful Property located centrally in the heart of Capri. This hotel is not beach front but I just loved it. The rooms were a good size and the hospitality we got was amazing.
