Typically don’t write reviews but this felt the need too. Room wasn’t clean hair in shower and on bed when we arrived. One of the worst mattresses I’ve slept on in a really long time. I would look at other hotels

This Hotel was perfect location very close of the shopping center 2 mins walking and the view was amazing to sea or the mountains, The breakfast included and it was perfect, the summing-poll nice and the Garden very beautiful with alot of lemon trees, the costumers service and the staff are friendly, I highly recommend.

Great location and outdoor space
We were there for 3 nights. Great location with wonderful outdoor spaces and pool area. Located on the high end designer shopping street so a bit less hectic than other parts of Capri. Things quiet down at the end of the day when the day visitors leave.
Make sure to utilize the porter service at 20 Euro per bag and arrange for a taxi through the hotel to avoid long lines at the ferry dock. However, there is a significant premium to reserve a taxi over the already very high taxi cost. Hotel reserved taxi 60 euros …on our own the second day was 25 Euro. Front desk staff not very engaging given the quality of the hotel, but they were very professional and helpful when approached. Overall a great hotel on a very overcrowded island.

Staff was great. Shout out to Giani, the bellman, and to the staff at the checking desk as they were very helpful. Location was amazing! Food was good. Washrooms could use a renovation. A bit pricey for what it is but overall, the hotel was good.

If you have bigger luggages, it is worth paying the €20 per luggage per way. It’s pricey, but worth having to carry them up the hill.

Stayed here for 3 nights for pure relaxation, which it was.
The hotel exceeded our expectations and delivered a very high standard both for the accommodation and the breakfast. Had lunch here a couple of times which was delicious.
Very relaxing atmosphere around the popular pool and good service with drinks.

I’ve been to Capri many times. Luckily, I discovered the Hotel Syrene— the best location, a block away from all the shops, restaurants, gelato cafes & transportation. The staff was terrific, and each one was nicer than the next. Plus, my room was beautiful and elegant. The bathroom and amenities are excellent. Loved every moment. I can’t wait to return next summer.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a while. Two main issues, the door to our balcony did not lock (not an elevated balcony, accessible to other people), the second being the room had a horrible lingering odor throughout the entire stay. We notified the hotel about this immediately and after 2 days they were unable to fix the door (3 different people came in and tried to fix it). On the 3rd day (we stayed for 4 nights) they finally offered to move our room. Extremely unsafe and unprofessional. They tried to offer champagne as a solution to our problems. The front desk staff was nice, the manager wasn't as nice. Additionally, we notified them about the smell, but after 4 days...that was never resolved. The hotel is well located, everything else was underwhelming, I would not recommend. Still to this point there has not been a solution offered for the trouble. Stay at the Mamela, i've heard better things!

We were not residents, but stopped by to see about refreshments at their terrace. We ended up not going to the terrace because the lemon garden was so stunning. The drinks were good and service was friendly and prompt. Recommend.

Great Place to Stay!
Loved it! Its an oasis right outside the best walking part of Capri Town.

Pool is awesome. Rooms were great. Service was 100%. Couldn't be better.

I stayed with group of my friend and family. The location is really good. Breakfast at the balcony with good view. Behind is lemon garden which is amazing.
