The entire property was so incredibly clean, all but 1 of the staff members were so polite and very helpful. Th terrace room was stunning and by far the nicest of 7 hotels we stayed at during our tour of Italy. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for the room size, maid staff, cleanliness, and overall relaxing vibes. Would stay again!

Nice quiet area with a peaceful pool. A good 30 minute walk to the main square in Sorrento so you do need to have good mobility (unless using transport).
Breakfast was “ok”.
Lacked a bit of atmosphere as a villa not a hotel but that should be expected. Could have done with a nice bar area inside the villa.

We loved our stay at Relais Villa Savaresse! All of the staff are so friendly and kind. We liked that the hotel was small, so it felt like all of the guests were friends. Always space around the pool and was great to have towels provided.
Breakfast was really great, the cappuccinos were excellent.
The walk into Sorrento is fine, only 20-25 minutes but there are nice restaurants only a short walk away.

Hidden gem in Sorento
Really welcoming front and luxurious experience compared to what we paid for. Really great area to stay quiet and calm.

The property is beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and really nice. The only thing that would make it better is if the swimming pool opened earlier and close later since we never got to use it as it opened when we were out exploring the city.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel.
On the outside the hotel looks nice but as soon as you have an issue staff are unable to deal with it and management are unwilling to see the customer’s point of view.
I was told by a staff member last night I would receive a partial refund for issues encountered - management (who were unavailable on the day of check out with no deputy in place) have emailed today to say this is not the case. The attitude of the manager is really poor and I have never received a response such as this at a hotel before.
Poor air conditioning, dirty towels, having to change my own bedsheets and issues around payment are only some of the problems I had.

I was absolutely impressed with the villa — everything was on the highest level!
The atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, and service exceeded my expectations.

This is the perfect place to experience the elegance and charm of true Italy. The villa is beautiful and peaceful, with high-ceiling rooms, tasteful interiors, and spotless cleanliness. The breakfasts were fresh and flavorful, and the staff was attentive and professional. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
