Stayed one night en route to Ravenna. Friendly staff, great breakfast choice.

Difficult- great location once you want to visit Ducati site at Bologna. Good parking, good breakfast, big rooms, good price, but poor cleaning quality especially of the bathroom, strange smell there. Hotel is 4 stars level but this is not reality.

Ok not great The hotel was about a 10-15 ride to Unipol Arena, which is why we stayed for a concert. They were good with checking in late after our concert was finished and kept our bags on the side of the desk, not behind. Beautiful hotel just steps from Piazza Maggiore. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels in central Bologna, and this is among the best value. The bathroom in the room has been renovated and is very comfortable despite being a single. The breakfast is good and varied.

Everything was perfect. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and very clean. We really appreciated the possibility of an early check-in without any extra cost. Free parking was also a big advantage. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

The hotel has some soundproofing issues, and it’s a bit far from the train station and major attractions. Additionally, the nearby streets are under maintenance, making it more difficult to navigate.

The room, while clean, was a shoebox with the smallest bed I've been in for years! Bathroom also clean but shower was uncomfortably small, floor slippery! One of the receptionists was an unpleasant young woman who reserved her smiles for management and had a completely inappropriate attitude for someone working in customer service!

Location is great and walking distance from the main attractions. However, very low value for money as rooms are expensive and the size of a shoe box. To add to the bad experience, there were upgrading works for the second floor which caused disturbance during the day. I had to pack and unpack to move rooms because I couldn’t rest. There was no notice sent prior to guests about these works.

We had an Apartment away from the hotel which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close to Piazza Maggiore and Quadrilatero area where there was some amazing food on offer. Had a little bit of a weird start with them being overly aggressive asking for an updated form of payment. However it seems it might’ve been a miscommunication. The only thing I didn't like was the location.
